Inevitably, whenever I go in there looking for a specific brand name bottle of whiskey, beer or wine that I discover G-Will does not carry, the best I can ever expect is a terse "we don't carry that" reply from them. They NEVER volunteer to get the item/brand in their store like other neighborhood liquor stores will often do for you. Don't expect them to make any special effort to help you. They simply won't, and don't care! I will never go in there again. In fact, I'll go out of my way from now on to avoid G-Will. After 20 years of giving them "one more chance" to show me they care even a little about my specific needs, they have NEVER shown me they are willing to make that extra effort.
