There are more good carb options than protein or fruit, but lots of things to choose from. I'm sure most people are happy with it. The fruit could have been a bit fresher, and the eggs are powdered. Still, they had little sausages as well as a pancake machine and pastry/breads. The coffee was pretty terrible to be honest, and real cream might be nice to have. I suppose I could have used milk from the cereal station. Overall, for the price, I'd definitely stay again.

We live nearby and just wanted a quick getaway where the kids could swim, and the pool was perfect. The temperature was ideal for actually swimming, not freezing and not overly warm. The pool towels were huge and fluffy, which I weirdly appreciate more than I should. There's also a shower and bathroom right inside the pool area, which makes life so much easier when you have kids dripping everywhere. Breakfast was hot and genuinely good. Lots of options and everything stayed stocked. Every time something got low, it was refilled quickly. It didn't feel picked over or sad like some hotel breakfasts can. The room was spacious with high ceilings, which made it feel bigger than most hotels. Full kitchen, comfy beds, and a really good work area setup. The TV had streaming options so we could log into our own accounts. The bathtub was great for the kids after swimming. Everything just felt clean, comfortable, and easy. It was the perfect little reset close to home. We'll definitely be back.
