I was impressed with his knowledge of house structures, land and Real Estate laws; it helped with a few hard decisions. I also liked his theory on telling him what we didn't like which helped him as much as telling him what we did. Dan was also very responsive to our communications no matter how we contacted him whether it was a phone call, text or email. Not that you have to be able to text or email him but we used all methods and he was very responsive. We visited twice and he worked very hard to line up over 15 houses each visit, coordinating the route to be the most efficient and working with the showing agent. The workers were all very professional and warm, on schedule, and did a solid B+/A- job of cleaning - vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Clear out was also fine. However, one side of a sliding pocket door was knocked off its hanging rail by the cleaners (it's never had an issue in 30+ years). I think they may have opened it too far when sliding open. When I noticed it before they left, they acknowledged it happened. Later, following up through our realtor, Relax & Co refused to accept responsibility or to fix it. Relax & Co never reached out to me directly to try to remedy the problem. If you break something while working on my property, that should be your responsibility to fix. Their workers were fine, but I would not trust this company at the management level to hire them again.

Now, to be completely accurate here, I didn't even know what The Snyder Group was or that I was…read moredealing with them until it came time for the closing on a new house I just purchased here in the good ol' Granite State. For those who aren't aware, it's a seller's market in the housing industry right now. Seller's market = buyer's nightmare, as house hunting becomes more like hunting for the holy grail. So, what do you do? Well, if you're like me, you desperately turn to Zillow to conduct house searches incessantly into the night. Soon, you run into a young, up and coming realtor hot to get his name and prospects out there so he can eventually write his own ticket before he retires. Next thing you know, you're exchanging names and phone numbers whilst simultaneously comparing housing listings you each saw. You settle on that one house and place a bid. Well, no....at first you don't because your wife wants a double sink. Then, only after you remind her that she'll basically have her own bathroom anyway, you place the bid because your super smart, hot, young realtor caught onto the fact that the agent listing the place for sale apparently didn't post certain documentation which would have otherwise taken it off the market on day 1. In case you couldn't tell, this was basically my entire experience. Closing went fast, considering the fact that I had to sign (and re-sign) 3 trees' worth of papers. Also, the head realtor lady person was late. But, she looked hella busy, so I gave it a pass. What I especially liked was that they gave us door prizes. Gifts...for purchasing a new home. And, lemme tell ya....this isn't my first home purchase. But I damn sure never received a bottle of champagne for my troubles. Almost makes the whole struggle worth it. For 2 months....2 months....we've been between homes. Snyder made sure that wouldn't last much longer, got our paperwork processed, and got us into our new house faster than you can say, "SELL SELL SELL!" All in all, I'd say they dun' good. Especially impressive, when you consider the realtor I was working with this entire time....graduated high school last year. LAST YEAR! I'm old enough to be his dad! Shit, I'm old!! The Snyder Group gets 5 overly enthusiastic real estate agents wet behind the ears with a hunger for success out of 5.
