Our new agent was able to get all our cars back under coverage and provide a retroactive discount on home security saving us several hundred dollars. Working from home during COVID is one thing, but you have to answer emails and pick up the doggone phone. I'm sure if I were calling for new policies I'd get a response right away. Update. Just received a voicemail from Brady Hill. The person I emailed was on vacation, then was in a car accident. Apparently they have no one monitoring his correspondence.
