They canceled her from our policy on the 2nd of February 2022 and we didn't find out until my daughter went to pay her insurance today. They say they tried to call me once. No emails, no notifications on app, no calls to my wife or even to my daughter. She's been driving around without insurance all month and this office barely even tried to let us know. Communication has been a problem with this office since day 1 and the only reason we hadn't switched yet is that it is a pain to do so. (which they apparently count on for customer retention) If you turn your GPS off for 2 seconds Statefarm sends you an email and the app blows up your phone. Full on Defcon 5 status. They drop a driver off your insurance and its crickets. If you have to get Statefarm (god why?), do yourself a favor and find another office to get your policy through.

They are also very knowledgeable about the insurance industry in general, which is very helpful. Knowing about the insurance environment as well as the trends is very important even in the context of a very personal situation. I would not hesitate to recommend them, feeling confident that they place a high importance on their customers' best interests. Thanks for providing such awesome service! You are the best! Tina T.

I received a quote over the phone and confirmed that it was for home only 4) I did not want to be shistered. When I got there, they were not ready for me. My Hayden was clearly agitated and red faced. He wanted to sell me a bundled package which was more than what was quoted over the phone. He did not have the paper work in order that I spend an hour faxing earlier that day. He was rude. He was dishonest. I would hate to see what would happen if something happened and I would have needed to file a claim with this man. My advice is to steer clear from this agency.

She looks at the future of your home ownership not just the right now. Day or night I would text Candy at random times with all kinds of questions , she always responded being sure to answer in detail very important when buying your first home. Even when I tried to go with the builders lender for a lower rate she was there able to match it and workout lower fees and I was glad that she worked it out bc the other lender didn't care or take the time to explain their numbers or the process. Don't choose a lender that doesn't call you back timely or half ass explains what you need to have and do for better rates and pricing. I feel confident in that my lender looked out for my long term interest in being a homeowner. Choose Candy, you will be happy that you did!
