Sam Cardenas helped me purchase a home, and sell a rental property when I was living out of state…read more Some times you hear about agents that are only interested in selling because they get to put up a sign a wait. This is not Sam. I was so pleased with the experience after my purchase when it came time to sell a rental property after moving out of state I called Sam again. Best decision I could have made. During the purchase of our home Sam took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped us to understand the ins and outs of the market and communities we had in mind. He worked around our schedule and showed us properties that matched our description until we found the one. During the sale of our rental property Sam did EVERYTHING! He toured the property, took photos and help me plan for the renovations he recommended for a quick sale and top dollar. He contacted the contractors, painters, carpet guys and cleaners. He explained the money I spent remodeling would be made back and much more. He was right, my unit sold for more than any other unit ever in my complex. I can't Say enough about the professionalism and hard work Sam brings to his clients. Thanks Sam.

He took us to 20 homes and educated us on pros and cons of the houses. He knows the area very well, and I would definitely recommend him to others looking to buying a home.

We selected Jason as the listing agent to help us sell my mother's mountain home after interviewing…read more5 different realtors, and we were thankful every day that we made that choice. He always delivered (and more!) on his promises, was patient and thorough, and never, ever pressured us. For an additional 1% commission, Jason acted as the project manager for renovating the house to maximize its resale value. I could not believe how quickly he got vendors into the house and was thrilled with the high quality of their work. Jason stayed within our budget and always explained the benefit of the work he recommended we do. The five realtors we interviewed gave list prices that were as much as $200,000 apart. Jason was at the high end or the range and explained how the refurbishing he was suggesting would get us that price. The house had multiple offers at or above asking price on the first weekend it went on sale, and we closed 3 weeks after that. Jason delivered on his promises and I think he did better for us than many of the other realtors we interviewed (who might have been focused on a quicker sale at a lower price). I recommend Jason unreservedly. He is the best!

Jason is everything you would need as someone navigating this process for the first time - incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, available, and understanding. I ended up purchasing a new build that was in its very early stages of construction, so my interactions with Jason have lasted for over a year. He was in regular contact for months and months, and ON IT as soon as we got closer to closing. Like most new construction, we ended up with a lot of delays, issues and frustrations. Jason was there the entire time to push the builder and developer, explain the process to me, and commiserate when I was at my wit's' end with them. I've truly ended up with a home I am so happy with, and I think I can honestly say Jason was a huge part of that.

Brandon is a fun and goofy guy but also a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate agent, and he…read morehelped me and my family navigate through 3 Real Estate transactions over the last 4 years. 1st was selling our Condo in 2014 in the Tech Center area, which provided some challenges with limited comps in the area at the time, but Brandon staged and priced the home in a way to get over 20 showings through the home in the first weekend and multiple offers. We were able to get top dollar (over asking price), which we were thrilled with. Buying our new Centennial home provided some challenges as well. In 2014 (similar to the current 2017 Denver housing market) it was a busy home market with low inventory, but Brandon helped us game plan for the area we truly wanted to buy in and helped us navigate through the competitive process. After our first few attempts at offers on homes were outbid, we were finally able to find the perfect home for us and get it under contract. This year, when my Dad decided to sell his home after living in it for over 30 years, he also worked with Brandon as his selling agent. Brandon helped my Dad and I organize clean up of that house, as well as coordinate handy men, cleaning people, and more to get the home ready for sale. Then once under contract, Brandon caught a mistake by the buyer's agent as well as a mistake with the home appraisal, and helped fix both issues quickly in order to keep the contract in tact. Those efforts also helped get my Dad's home sold on schedule and for top dollar. We would work with Brandon again and recommend him to assist others with their home buying or selling needs.
