We have been in this house for 12 years, but it was actually built-in 1935 and the wooden posts lasted until this year. And now the cement blocks will last it forever. Next they came and we finished our wood floors back to the better shine than it was when the house was built After that they replaced nineteen windows in our metal back door and added gutters and downspouts that go underground with the water to the edge of the property line They did an excellent job at every stage. They kept it clean. They were polite and I would recommend them for any kind of home repair, painting or whatever you might need house leveling cement work.

In less than 5 months flooring started coming up around us. Duct taping to keep from tripping now. I wanted glue down vinyl planks but they talked me out of it (more prepping for them and said you can't have any cracks which all we have is hairline)First off they laid this floating lock vinyl planks in kitchen on top of dishwasher mount so when dishwasher went out we had to have them come out do it right, pull flooring up and relay it and do it right by laying it to the wall before we could even get dishwasher out. Repairmen couldn't believe the sloppy short cut of a job. Flooring company where RRR sent us to buy flooring hired inspector to come out and reported back that it was RRR installation problem. RRR not taking responsibility and blaming on flooring company and we are stuck in the middle. We spent $12,000 for a floor that's literally falling apart in less than 6 months. RRR say they will re-install for an additional $4500 PLUS cost of new flooring. We are looking at another $7000 - $8000. The CEO has refused to meet with us about these problems or finishing the work that the insurance paid to have done, yet he had no problem cashing all the checks. Yesterday was "demo day" and boy was it ever. He started promptly at 8am and other than lunch did not leave until after 5pm. Amazing work as well as his worker Reuben. Demo'ed the shower, removed a separate tub, removed all the old tile, cleaned it all up. Oh, and removed all the old wall paper. Of course, they protected the floors where they had to remove all the debris as well as protected all the major items in the bedroom (beds, dressers, etc.) with plastic. So, for the first day, truly exceptional work in my opinion. Would highly recommend based on the work so far. Will update as work nears completion. My wife and I have built a million dollar custom home in the past and it is reassuring to see such professionalism. Update: day of completion. Bryan and Reuben finished the bathroom snd did a splendid job. They cleaned up well after themselves and left all in a great state. My wife and I are very pleased with their work, their timeliness each day, their overall professionalism as well as their ethics. The price paid was the price agreed upon with agreed extras along the way. We plan to use them again for two other projects in the future. We highly recommend them both. 2nd update: 3/11. After completion we noted that cleanup was less then perfect. Also, there was one full tile on the floor as you walked into the bathroom that had not enough mortar under it between the tile and the floor. How do I know? Every time one stepped on that tile it sounded hollow. All the other floor tiles were perfect. I called Bryan to tell him of this and gave him the choice to repair it when it failed or repair it now. He came out the next morning and took immediate responsibility for everything and even did a better job of cleaning. He also saw (on his own, without me telling him) of a place in the shower that needed RE-grouting. He did all this humbly and gratefully. He also reminded me to call him when I wanted he and Reuben to spend a Saturday putting flyers on doors for my campaign (I'm running for City Council in Woodway). He totally volunteered at no charge when he heard I was running. He has an amazing work ethic.
