The doctor came in and was a bit more friendly, but still was no help and said the same thing. I went for a spider bite and told what I think was the PA that it was a spider bite she told me she…read moredidn't know what it was that we were just gonna try some antibiotics and steroid cream, which made it much worse had to go to the er and the doctor there told me that the medicine they prescribed me was completely wrong for a spider bite. My sister also went for strep and the PA prescribed her the wrong antibiotics her strep got so bad her primary doctor that she had mono. In office they are kind but the level of care is not there. They called and asked if I wanted to see the dermatologist and I told them all of this and they didn't care one bit!

We waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes, then waited in the exam room for an additional 30. While the staff was friendly, I did not feel confident in their abilities. The NP did not wait near long enough for my daughters finger to numb before beginning to stitch. My daughter immediately expressed her discomfort as the NP began to stitch but the NP continued anyway without allowing the finger to become numb. I will not be taking myself or my child there again.
