I'm so glad I found this medical spa! Dr. Maleki is warm, engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, and…read moregenuinely great at what he does. But what I appreciate most is his honesty. I found him through a shout out on social media by a childhood friend. She looked like she'd had work done but it looked good, and when I learned that Dr. Maleki was the one doing her treatments, I decided to make an appointment. When I arrived, I asked him to be completely direct with me. I knew my facial structure had changed over the years, but I couldn't pinpoint exactly what was different. I even brought photos of myself from 15 and 25 years ago and told him, "I want to look like this again!" He walked me through what he believed would help, including procedures he doesn't even perform himself (and told me who to go to for those). I used my fingers to mimic the changes he was describing, and I could immediately see what he meant. He was absolutely right! My lip lift and eyebrow lift is next if I hit the lottery (I'm not going to lie, these treatments are very expensive and will break the bank for the average woman). One thing I learned was that my lower jaw had widened due to bruxism (teeth grinding and clenching). Dr. Maleki used Botox in my masseter muscles to help slim my jawline and restore more of the heart-shaped contour and angle of my lower face. As someone who did the PR for Botox when it first came out, I especially enjoyed learning more about the product and hearing his insights, particularly given his experience as Allergan's Medical Director. I had used it on other parts of my face to prevent wrinkles, but I didn't know that it could be used for this. I could feel myself grinding my teeth when I would wake up, and now that I'm wearing Invisalign, I honestly thought it would break. I couldn't believe how relaxed my jaw was from the first night after my treatment. My face feels calm again. He also added a little filler to my upper cheekbones, which I'd done in my 30s and I love the result! The best part? His office is only five minutes from my home. Finding someone so talented, honest, and knowledgeable right in my own neighborhood was a slam dunk. I highly recommend Dr. Maleki to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. He takes the time to understand your goals, explains what he sees, and gives you his honest professional opinion rather than simply telling you what you want to hear. And he's just a great guy overall! His front desk manager is a sweetheart too. Photo note: The photo with the visor is before treatment, and the one with my hair up is after. The others are my younger photos that I had shown him. Dr. Maleki says the results should continue to improve over the coming weeks, so I'm looking forward to seeing the final outcome!

From the very first phone call (I left a voicemail after hours - I received a returned call within minutes). Joe was courteous, professional and so accommodating! He answered all of my questions, (there were many) and always made me feel like he had nothing else to do but try to accommodate my crazy schedule to get me seen as soon as possible. This is a recurring theme with each and every person I have come into contact with at EE. When you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and they actually listen to the answer when they ask, "how you are doing?" Jessica is lovely and so good at what she does, she's not only passionate about her career and patient care, but she really cares about representing Joe and Raquel's business as if it were her own. Raquel is flat out one of the best at what she does. She has a gentle approach to all aspects of caring for her clients/patients and is so open to questions and takes the time to give thorough and meaningful explanations. She cares deeply about her patients and her unwavering commitment to ensuring the treatment that was chosen by the client is not only appropriate, but fully understood by the patient/client as to WHY it's a good choice for them. She actually talked me OUT of one procedure, because she felt it wasn't necessary and gave me a less invasive and more affordable alternative. Raquel is a true pleasure to be around and so passionate about administering everything with precision, a gentle touch and makes you feel as comfortable as possible given that some of this stuff isn't exactly a walk in the park! Lol! Her candor and honesty are a breath of fresh air. I had both Morpheus 8 and hydra facial treatments over several visits and this is not my first clinic to have had them. It is the first clinic where I was treated like royalty! To be honest, the last clinic was fine, but dang did it ever HURT! I was steeling myself for another round of Morpheus torture but that clinic couldn't see me for several weeks and I couldn't wait that long. So in a mild panic, I called Executive Esthetics and they quickly turned what I thought was a hassle into the best experience I have ever had regarding my skin. I will not only be a regular customer, I've already referred several friends to get spoiled by Joe, Jessica and Raquel. When I find something this good, I become fiercely loyal. Which is why I feel so badly that it took me over a month to post this. They're wonderful people-get ready for a fantastic experience. PS- I do look good-My 16 year-old (fairly unobservant, but sweet) son out of the blue said, "Mom, you look good....that thing you did to your face actually worked". Out of the mouth of babes

Raquel is the BEST! Truly authentic and not pushy at all…read more.. Knows her stuff and does good work. I only gave 4-stars because they are impossible to get a hold of. I haven't been able to reach them for over a month. They have some automated text that they send after you call and then you go in circles trying to schedule an appointment. One time, I called after many back & forth texts and Joe answered but then quickly hung up and never called me back. As horrible as this sounds, I would still go there again. Although, I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend. How does that make sense... Here's my logic. Raquel does great work... I feel comfortable with her and her work. However, I wouldn't recommend them to a friend because the inability to reach them and the difficulty/challenges in scheduling an appointment can be frustrating. If you can get in to see her, consider yourself lucky... Once you're there in front of her, you'll see that you're in good hands. I just wish they'd hire a proper receptionist,
