When my shower door finally arrived it was 4" too short. They tried to explain to me that this was standard to have a door that did not reach the top of the shower tile. I was not happy with their lack of responsiveness and the quality of the end product.

I've purchased tile and hardwood floors from here and their installers are professionals and will do a job that is worthy of a 500k+ home and not a job where it looks like an amateur installed it. I will qualify this though in that not all of their installers are trim people. The most recent crew did a great job with the floor and a fair job with the 1/4 round which had a lot of unsunk nails in them and large (1/8"+) gaps in the corner joints. Sure, I can fix them with 2 treatments of caulk and spending 2 hours with a nail set, but they should do better or don't offer it. With that said, they have a great selection of carpeting, tile, hardwood/laminate flooring and the service to install it all. I plan to keep them honest as I have in the past but if the future is similar to the past, these guys will win in both pricing and service. Enjoy!

We lived in Illinois during the majority of the building process, however we did receive progress reports from the office along with a few pictures upon request. The quality of the workmanship shows this builder truly cares about the finished product of our home. We moved in January of 2021, and received attention within 1 business day after calling to have a few minor repairs taken care of. We received a complete list of all contractors at the closing, so we knew exactly who to call for anything. We are so happy that we selected them as our builder and in the future if and when we decide to build again they will be our first call!
