Horrible experience. My father, who is confined to a wheelchair, was forced to wait two hours past his appointment time. The office staff keep their windows shut, and do not acknowledge patients. My father sobbed when we left. The "doctor" spent 10-15 mins with my father. This place overbooks to get as many patients in as they can. They do not care about your wait time. We will never go back to this place. Simply awful! read more

I was forced to see this new doctor, Dr. Siddiqui since my regular doctor moved to Georgia and I never been treated so rude. I asked to switch doctor's and she said she would not allow it, she reduced my medication even though my doctor at Ortho Indy prescribed it after my back surgery and I am still in wide spread chronic pain. She told me to sit down and not to use bad language, which I didn't know freak was bad language, I wanted to leave, that's what I stood up, she treated me like I was a prisoner at the doctors offer, I couldn't stop crying because how I was being treated by Dr. Siddiqui, she said I would not be allowed to get my shots at Ortho Indy, even though my back doctor said I could get my pain shots at Ortho Indy my back doctor. I've never,ever been treated so rudely by doctors. I will never go back to this clinic ever again. read more

I have been a patient's driver to this clinic several times. Nearly every time, the patient is made to wait an hour or more before being called back. Then the driver is told to' wait 15 mins and then park in the back parking lot". The driver will sit for an hour or more waiting for their patient to come out. Why even bother with appts when the clinic dgaf about respecting not only the patient's time but also their required drivers' time? Its rude and disrespectful to treat people this way. There is also fear of the patient's over leaving when theyre not treated with respect - allegedly they are told if they leave that they will be kicked out of the program and won't be able to get their pain meds. What kind of care for their patients is that? Idc how much pain I might be in, I would never use this clinic. Not ever. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Carl for over a year and am very pleased with both the quality of care. The front office is very pleasant and thorough. I appreciate that Dr. Carl always replies to emails, and takes his time to hear and understand your pain issues. He has referred me to specialists when necessary and followed up on treatment. I especially like the fact that he and I work together to establish a care plan that we both are satisfied with. read more

They don't call Iin meds on time detoxing from them not calling in meds thanks I've had so many problems with this place find some Dr that cares bout your well being and not naking your life a living hell read more

Went in for my first appointment ever to a pain management doctor after having to wait for months to get in and 1 month prior trying to get ahold of someone via phone to make an appointment. I have been in chronic pain for a couple of years until I couldn't handle the pain anymore and made the appointment. The nurse seemed super sweet but it all changed when the Dr came in and was very rude and aggressive in her exam barely speaking to me. Finally with talking to me she tells me I need to start PT and home therapy first and get some xrays done some that I just had via my primary Dr. She made me feel like a pill seeking druggy just wanting drugs for no other reason then to get high. After she left the room I asked the nurse if she is always like that and was told that she gets better the more she get to know you... She won't be getting to know me as I've decided to seek relief via a different dr and confirmed It was the right choice when I read the visit notes that mostly wasn't even the information about what I told her along with the notes stating about being advised about the information regarding using opiates and the side effects and so on. No Dr should ever make a client feel this way at any time let alone their first visit. Shame on this Dr and the practice to continually let her mistreat her clients in this manner. read more

Two things I've learned in life from having chronic pain and dealing with clinics such as Lafayette pain care. #1 - Its not my fault. regardless of how you are treated in facilities like these. I didn't ask for the problems I have in my body and would give anything to feel like a normal person. Regardless of what the people behind the counter say. (who are not licensed in any way to know about your condition or what you actually feel like) Most of the time making you feel like a criminal when you asking for the medications they have introduced into your body. Which are most of the time some of the most addictive substances you can put into your body. #2 - Always be on your toes with the the fine details. Some doctors will stop at nothing to get rid of what they see as patients who can potentially submit information that could hurt their reputation as was my case. I was told I had failed a urine screen which is absolutely absurd and had my medication cut in half. If you are on these kinds of medicines you would know the adverse effects this can play on your body. I was then given another urine screen and told I would be dropped from the program if it happened again. As a precaution i immediately called a local testing facility recognized by endless companies as a qualified testing site for a SUPERVISED urine screen. The test was collected within 20 minutes of leaving the facility. I repeat it was supervised. Someone watched my private area urinate into a cup as embarrassing and low as that may be. My next appointment I was informed I would be dropped from the program bc of another failed urine screen which I then countered with the documents of the Passed Supervised Urine Screen. Only to be asked leave the premises and not to return, but not before they handed me any outstanding balance I had. Stay away from these pill mills. On a side note this event caused me to re evaluate myself and the things I was allowing these people to put into my body and in a sense control who I was as a person or what I considered needed items to function. I'm not on a herbal treatment program with yoga and even though my pain is still on a high threshold I control my life and not these uncaring number counters that are out to reach their maximum allowed patients and pill prescription counts read more

This 'doctor' is actually a scammer. She doesn't do anything for a living. Literally went to her after 50 broken bones and she prescribes Tylenol. My body is riddled with injuries I can hardly get out of bed in the morning and this 'pain manager' gives me a death sentence. read more

3 months after a 14 vertebrae fusion. Yes 14 out of 17. This woman told me I needed to go to a drug rehab facility. I have been a chronic pain patient for years. I've never failed a drug test, pill count, and have followed the rules and laws of opioid medications. This "dr" didn't know me for more than 10 mins. I had to use a walker and take my wife with me everywhere I went. And the first words out of her mouth was I'm not prescribing you anything until you go to rehab for drug addiction. I don't drink or even smoke. Let alone do illegal drugs. Changing to her for my chronic pain was the worst decision of my life. RUN!!! read more

I have had 2 back surgeries and 1 in the neck. I suffered with chronic lower sciatic pain for years. My legs would have streaking pain down the back of them. I also have neuropathy in both feet and legs. Which keeps me up at nighttime. Then I found Dr. Siddiqui. She talked about the new spinal cord stimulator (SCS). This device has changed my life. It relieves my sciatic pain and calms down the millions of pins and needles from the neuropath. I would in no way recommend this company. I would rather sit in my chronic pain that I live with everyday than to deal with them and their doctors. I started going to them after three referrals. I was told that I HAD to get spine injections at their facility even though I had an established relationship with another doctor that did injections. Also their contract states that you can receive your injections somewhere else if the provider approves it. Of course my doctor would not approve it. Dr. Mathew Devries was very unprofessional in his care and has a very bad bedside manner. I have never been treated by a doctor so poorly. Against my better judgment I allowed them to do my spine injection and as I am laying with a needle in my spine the doctor is telling the nurse that it has no tracer. SERIOUSLY!!! An professional doctor would never say that aloud with a patient able to hear. They lied and put in my chart that I was crying uncontrollably. Lol obviously they don't know the difference in uncontrollable crying and crying because you are so dang mad that you are about to bite your tongue off. Id like to take a moment a talk about the horrible experience I had with Dr. Siddiqui and her nurse practitioner. From the moment she entered the room she had a bad attitude and demanded I move in ways where it was not possible during the exam. I wasn't given any treatment or prescription medication that day and was given an appointment in 2 weeks. I came back in 2 weeks and seen the nurse practitioner who also had a bad attitude. I was denied treatment, and prescription medication but was offered 6 weeks of physical therapy. Why physical therapy? I wasn't not injured at work or injured at all. I have back, joint, and bone problems, and am in severe pain most of the time. So you want me to do 6 weeks of physical therapy and make things worse with no pain medication? I came there for RELIEF!!! So I self terminated at that very time. I don't want to work with someone who isn't willing to help. And in addition in her notes that were read to me, she added false information of that I said. Now today I received a letter from her informing me that I have been terminated from her care........I do believe I self terminated, more false information. I would not recommend using these clowns. My time and money have been wasted. This is only the first of my complaints. She does not even deserve the 1 star given but wont post unless a rating is done. I give -5 stars. read more
