She is incredibly knowledgeable, actually spends time with me, and seems to truly care. Her adjustments always help me feel better... and I appreciate the soft tissue work she does prior to adjustments when needed. She is truly looking to find the best wellness solution for her patients, and isn't trying to get you in the door as often as possible (as some chiropractors in my past had). I like the way she is always looking for long term solutions for her patients, whether it's stretches, exercises, or even referring to other modalities. I've had some serious trouble with…read moremy body the past couple of years, and he is one of the few people who have been able to step up and actually help me. This is a good Chiropractor. I initially went to him when my old Chiropractor who was also excellent, was out of town on extended leave. He actually recommended Dr Leach, who went to the same school - Palmer I think it was. And when Dr Leach adjusted me, I immediately could tell he knew his stuff. On top of that, he does Spinal Decompression (DRX) so later on when I had a bike accident and suddenly needed help with a bulging disk in my neck, there he was with the ability to do something about it. I bought a package of DRX treatments which was a reasonable cost. But also as part of that, when I come in for the DRX treatment he does an adjustment whenever I need it. So he is delivering excellent treatment at an excellent price. And let me share something about his manner. My body issues were not all spine issues; I had things like kidney stones since I was like, 21 (long time!) But I tend to tell Dr's what all is going on with me just in case something is related to what they are looking at. Because what do I know? I'm a layman! And he listened anyway. He never made me wrong about it, though he didn't wander outside his area of specialty of course. He seemed genuinely interested and that gave me confidence in his help and in my prognosis. And I give him credit for that because many Dr's would just get impatient with me. I highly recommend this guy.

The problems seemed to grow worse over the course of two weeks and I went to my dentist to get solutions for the TMJ. I also went to Dr. Jason for an adjustment for my back. Shortly after the adjustment my headaches went away and my TMJ pain has also been reduced. I knew that adjustments could help my back and hips. Unlike other chiropractors I have been to in the past, he did not rush me out, nor did he just go through the motions. His methods and technique were more effective for me than any clinic I've been to in the last 5 years - and that is saying a lot. Having been to a dozen or so different "Joint" locations, I had been getting used to the same ol' standard adjustment. Dr. Matt implemented extra stretching and adjustment techniques that I had never encountered before and they did wonders. On top of that, he has a labor demanding job which adds on top of that body tension. He recently pulled his back from moving things around the house and was in intense back pain for a few days. I called around to some chiropractic places but Cornerstone is the only place that contacted me back and fairly quickly! I spoke with Dr. Shep to set up an appointment and he was able to get him in the next day! He was extremely helpful and kind when setting up the appointment and answered all the questions I had. After the appointment, he had come home and said he's never felt better. In the past he's seen multiple chiropractors but he's never had the experience like he did at Cornerstone after seeing Dr. Andrea. Not only did she address his pulled back but helped him get a plan to address all the other aches he had that catered his auto-immune disease. When your doctor actually cares about your needs and create a plan to fit your problem areas instead of something generic, it shows this place really cares about their patients. From the moment I walked in, I noticed "regular " patients going in and walking out in under two minutes....it was obvious they do a quick "pop-n-go" procedure here. I came for an initial evaluation and all they did was take me back to the doctor's huge office to meet him but then he told his assistant to take me to another room which was basically the size of a walk in closet and had me wait. He didn't do X-rays or any other tests, after the assistant took my vitals I waited more while he saw other patients then he came in and did a few quick adjustments. I definitely expected more from an initial evaluation, he barely asked me what my issue was. Not the type of chiropractor I prefer.
