Since my previous review I had an opportunity to follow up with the owner of the salon. She called me at home and encouraged me to provide her with exact details of my experience at the salon. She listened to my concerns and expressed displeasure as to how I was treated by one of her employees in her absence. She asked me to return to the salon for a free wash and braid. She offered to return all of the funds that were charged for last week's service. Her honesty and willingness to satisfy me as a customer impressed me.
On my return to the salon it was noticed that she acted upon the feedback regarding the wash station. She indicated that she has spoken with her staff as to how to meet client expectations. It was obvious that she read the review carefully and took the info as constructive feedback. I accepted 50% return of funds for the previous service.
The owner is a class act. She handled my review in a very professional manner. Her offerings to appease me went beyond the call of duty. I feel she is working hard to improve her business and she values customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation to return to Lady D's Salon. read more
