The staff are quick, courteous and so friendly. I've told them time and again that I prefer Little Giggles over KidtoKid. The store itself is so organized and mostly well labeled. They're so patient and informative if I ever come up with a question. Like many resellers stores, they dont always give what you think your items should be valued, but that's just my opinion. They offer enough to where I at least dont walk away defeated, so that's on me. Will continue to visit and hope for the best deal each time.

Once I was back on the homepage, though, I noticed that they had a '10% off a $50 purchase' coupon code that I didn't have the chance to enter before my order was on the way. Quickly calling the store, I spoke with a super-nice girl who advised me that she'd take the 10% off my final total before shipping the order to me. Sweet! What's even better, is that I received a shipping notice not an hour after I had called the store. And less than two days later, the necklace and tunic were on my doorstep... and were even more beautiful than I had imagined. Talk about quick service! I'm not too far from Midlothian, so a trip there is in the works and I'll definitely stop in to have a look around!

Since my son was not with me to try on his suit, I specifically asked right before buying the outfit if it didn't fit, could I return it or if I should bring my son in to try it on instead. The owner was very sneaky and said, "Yes, sure, you can bring it back." When I arrived home, the suit was too big and when I tried to return it for a smaller size, she had no suits in his size and could not order a suit in time for our event. She would not return our money. Don't believe anything she says, because she will ultimately go by what is on the receipt because once you have the receipt, it says NO REFUND on it, even if she told you that you could bring it back. It is her way of making money. Just plain dishonest!
