After having been given the runaround for 4 months, trying to get the treatment I paid for, I hit a wall. My appointments were repeatedly canceled, the product needed for the treatment did not arrive on two occasions, the doctor went away on vacation, etc, etc. At my last visit, after waiting an hour for the UPS driver to deliver the product, I specifically asked if the doctor would be there for my appointment the following week and was strongly assured he would be. The day prior to that appointment I received a call to cancel due to the Big E. This business has been around long enough to be well aware of the traffic patterns that are more than a mile away. To receive a cancellation notice at that point was absurd! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Months apart I was assured my money would be refunded. A year after paying for the procedure I am still waiting for my funds to be returned to me. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with Small Claims Court as I have run out of options and patience with this business. They ought to be ashamed of themselves and the way they treat their clients! read more

I am fighting for 5,160.00 I paid on April 2018 cause they offered me thermithight and its something they don't have and they get your money n after they start putting excuses that the nurse is sick or blind or who knows. and they offer you body fx that doesn't work and it burnt your skin. listen to me I wrote in BBB website complaints and they close it temporary not for anybody to see my coments. go n look for yourself in BBB website so many complaints and they keep taking your money and not doing the procedures. somebody has to stop them. they need to close down this place ITS A BIG SCAM. BUYER BEWARE! Particularly if you are a veteran/service member. This is NOT a military friendly company. Check the Better Business Bureau, I wish I had, F rating! I just filed my own complaint with them yesterday. I paid $1,000 for the BodyFX service in September 2017 and they discontinued use of the machine. I was told it broke and they weren't going to pay for the repairs. They offered me a different service which I tried and after one use I had excruciating burning pain in my abdomin with a huge red/purple spot on my stomach (the area being treated). I went to the ER, I had an infection and an abscess in my abdominal wall. After 3 months of downtime and missed work I recovered. Once the abscess seemed to be gone I returned to LaDermique against my doctors advice because Sandie, Emily and Brenda said it was not because of the machine they used. I tried it one more time, it happened again. I went in on my next visit to show Sandie, and she said it was normal yet didn't even wait for me to show her the large lump on my stomach. I explained how I was nervous continuing because of the painful infection last time and she told me I couldn't have had an infection. Bottom line, I've been trying to get a refund for over a month now and I've told them I'm deploying to Iraq in less than a month and they've been stringing me along ever since. They no longer answer my calls, return my voicemails and when I went in to talk to Sandie she refused to give me my refund and called the police. They acted like the victim when I'm just trying to get a refund for a service they discontinued before I go serve my country. For anyone that has deployed or has known anyone deploying you know how stressful this time is and I've never been so disrespected in my life. This has created so much stress on my life that I left there in tears today. Horrible people who don't care about veterans. I'm sorry I ever gave them my money. Rather than spending the next several weeks with friends and family I have been forced to take this to small claims court. If you try them I hope you have a better experience, good luck. What a transformation!!! After years of running, working out and trying every diet imaginable I still had those "saddle bags", those ugly fat deposits on my thighs. A team of medical professionals, and the Doctor, then began the process. While I was awake, I was so relaxed and numbed in the areas being treated that it was painless. Time flew. I was almost disappointed when they were done. There was some great music playing in the background, and the conversation in the room was informative and fun to hear. I was given detailed instructions on post procedure care and a 24 hour telephone number in case I had any concerns. Following a quick, painless recovery, I am now two sizes smaller without dieting. I am wearing pant that even I think look good. And this is a "first. All summer on the golf course I was asked what I did to get so thin. I went for La Dermique for a consultation for a non-invasive liposuction procedure. I was convinced by the person (Sandie) who met with me first to go with Body FX where my fat was supposed to be heated and made to disappear through my lymphatic system. NOT!!! I paid for and went through 8 treatments on my stomach area and paid for 8 treatments for my legs ($3,000) which I was convinced was a $1,000 "discount". First, I went through the 8 treatments for my stomach and saw zero results. I should add that they initially told me there were 2 different machines used at each visit but when I got there for the 1st session only one was used. They gave me some excuse about the other machine not being effective etc... I waited all of the time (a year) which I was told it "could" take with zero results. I was told to wait 90 days and go in for a review supposedly with the doctor. My review appointment was scheduled but the day of, when I called to confirm, I was told I needed to complete the "entire program before meeting with the "doctor". Seeing I saw no results on my stomach, I was not inclined to go back but I did. It gets worse...As for my legs...after 2 treatments of very very painful heat, which I literally screamed during, it was determined that because I used baby oil on my skin in the shower, I was burning myself like frying chicken. I took a week off and stopped the oil but when I returned, it was still very painful in certain areas of my legs so again I stopped. I asked for 1/2 of my money back and was denied. I was offered another type of treatment but frankly, I don't like the way I was treated. To back up to the beginning, I was told the process was a bit different than it was, I would have been sold on liposuction but was convinced this treatment was better... I'm very disappointed. $3,000 was way too much to spend on negative results. SO disappointing. read more

May 2012 I was scheduled for a MiraDry procedure in the Feeding Hills office. I was living in Vermont at the time so I drove the 6 hour drive and stayed in a hotel the night before so that I could be there for my 6:30am appointment. I arrived on time and was taken back to the treatment room. The staff prepared the machine and said they would return shortly. After being left alone in the room for about 30 min a staff member returned and said they were still waiting for the doctor to arrive. Finally, after about an hour in the room laying on the bed with my body exposed, the doctor came in and administered the required 50 or shots required in both armpits. During this process, Dr. Stanley Swierzewski made the comment "Wow, you are a gymnastics coach, you're kinda big for that?". I laughed it off at the time but was very offended by this statement. After that process was complete, the staff said they would be right back to start the procedure. After waiting another 20 minuets or so the doctor came back in and said "My staff misplaced a piece of the machine needed to do the procedure and that this procedure would not be happening today and will be free and the hotel bill would be paid for as well. Just send it to my staff and we will get you a refund". Now I have been there about 2 1/2 hours at least and have had 50 shots to numb my armpits and now was told that nothing could be done that I was free to leave. I got dressed and headed out and the staff kept telling me that they would take care of the refund right away. After about a month, I called and asked to speak to Sandie the office manager. She would not respond to my calls. I called once a week for several months and never got anywhere. Finally, in early November 2013, I received a phone call from Sandie the office manager. After an intense conversation where she said they weren't in the wrong and that I would not be able to take any other course of action legally at the same time laughing at me when I said I was going to get an attorney involved. She finally said she had been waiting for the doctor to sign the check and that it was going out that day. After one month (December) of not receiving the check in the mall I once again called and tried to get ahold of Sandie. She finally calls me back and says that she sent it and doesn't know why I haven't received it. She says she will stop payment and issue another ASAP. It is now January 2014 and I have yet to receive a refund check for $3,000 that was promised to me in May 2013. I continue to call but get nowhere! Something has to be done! read more
