I've been coming to this PostalAnnex for years whenever I need to mail something internationally. I've also had passport photos taken here and even renewed my passport through them. Every single experience has been smooth, and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Jamie. She is absolutely amazing! Her customer service has been consistently outstanding over the years, and she's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. It's so rare to find someone who is always so kind, super knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Because of her, I've referred several friends and family members here without hesitation. If you need shipping, passport services, notary, or apostille assistance, I highly recommend this location. And thank you, Jamie. :)

We did walkins for passport photos and was in and out within like 10-15 minutes (depending on how many people they're helping before you get there). For TSA pre-check we were going to do a walk-in due to the site having issues but noticed they didn't do walk-ins but the guy working that day said he can probably help us out. He went as far as check the site to see if it was down and we got lucky that it wasn't! We filled out the application on our phone and immediately got helped afterwards. Was in and out for TSA pre-check stuff in also 10-15 minutes. Recommend coming here for passport photos, TSA-precheck and other needs.

4 years later and Nocturnal Notary is still my go-to notary gal!…read more Over the years, I've had many notary needs that have come up randomly. We had to get something notarized for my daughter's passport, we had some escrow documents for the house that needed a notary, and a few other odd-ball things. Every single time I contact her, the response time is FAST and she is always accommodating. Once I was really in a pinch and contacted her late in the evening and she responded right away. I wasn't really expecting a response even though this is "nocturnal" notary since people need to sleep and rest? But somehow she managed to come through. She will be my notary for life, and I hope she never quits doing this. As a special note during COVID - Noctural Notary takes all the precautions to make you feel safe. Cali arrived to do a notary for me recently and was fully dressed in PPE and I saw her use her hand sanitizer multiple times. I appreciate her consideration during this pandemic and noted all of the safety measures she took during this special time.

I used Apostilles CA to get my California divorce decree certified and apostilled for use in the…read morePhilippines. The turnaround was very fast -- they completed everything and had it ready to ship in about a week, which was impressive. However, the business ethics and customer service afterward were completely unacceptable. Before paying, I explicitly told them the destination was Iloilo. They took 10 minutes to check it and came back with a specific shipping estimate of $59, bringing my total invoice to $333, which I paid in full. Once the work was completed, they suddenly demanded an additional $70, claiming my specific neighborhood (Oton) was "outside the delivery zone." When I pointed out that it is right within the Iloilo region I had already disclosed, they blamed FedEx and refused to take accountability. As a business owner myself, I know that if you fail to verify the full delivery details before giving a firm quote, you eat the cost of your own mistake--you don't pass it onto the client. Because I was overseas and on a tight budget, I offered a fair compromise to split the difference and pay $35 extra. They flatly refused and gave me a ridiculous ultimatum: pay the full amount, or arrange my own international courier to physically pick up the package from their California office. Knowing how nearly impossible that is to coordinate from the Philippines, I had no choice but to pay the $70 ransom just to get my own essential documents released, bringing the total to $403. A fast turnaround does not justify a bait-and-switch. They used intense leverage to force an extra payment over their own careless quoting. Future clients, beware of the upfront pricing terms.
