The office fit us in very quickly and started the process to try to figure out what the problem is. After a lot of testing we were in the group of Unexplained Infertility. Dr. Noorhasen was incredible throughout our entire journey - she really worked hard to try to find the problem, she listened to us and gave us sound advice. Her exams and procedures were always done with the utmost care and comfort. Her nurse, Jami, is the absolute best! I honestly felt like I was her only patient - she was so attentive to me all the time. The entire staff is amazing - always calling me by name and doing whatever they can to help me. The first visit was very thorough and I met with the the dr, our assigned nurse, and the billing person to discuss finances and options. The nurse, Jami, is genuinely caring and supportive of us. She even color-coded my IVF calendar. This is a very challenging process to go through, emotionally and physically, so it is crucial to choose a place that knows who you are and ensures you are taken care of. Also, they did a saline sonogram and found polyps on my uterus that could explain why all of the IUI's prior didn't take. Wish my other clinic had done that. After some time, I learned a lot of the not so great things that happened to me with both first and second births were extremely avoidable. A lot of resentment followed those births for quite some time. All that to say, with my third birth, as time has passed, I have grown more and more infatuated with the whole experience. Teri and Teree are truly a match made in heaven. They balance each other out so well. Teri is extremely detailed and informative. My postpartum was night and day compared to previous births and I truly owe that to this team. I had a complete second degree tear and partial third and Teri went to work!! You are in great, if not the best, hands if you do tear under her care. I'm still so amazes at her craftmanship. Teree, gosh I just want to be best friends with her. Overall I do appreciate everything that Dr. Teri has done and getting our son delivered. I really don't remember much of the labor but the feedback from my family wasn't the best in regards to her being clean with her tool etc. I am a first time mom and I truly enjoyed the homebirth. I would never want to have a hospital birth. I highly recommend having a home birth. I am very happy to have my beautiful son and I couldn't have done that without Teri, my amazing doula and family by my side.

I have since moved back and attempted to make an appointment with her as she was my previous OB and I was still a CURRENT PATIENT for GYN. However they (MELISSA) refused to schedule me an appointment because I'm over 15 weeks pregnant. I have my full medical record from my out of state provider and when asked what my options were she said that I needed to call my old out of state provider and go back there (ITS OUT OF STATE I CANNOT GO BACK THERE???) and was told that if I came in for my annual Pap - this was scheduled for a month out that I would be turned away for not just that appointment because I am pregnant but ANY APPOINTMENT. As a current patient and a previous OB patient, I just don't see how an office that should advocate for helping pregnant women turns away PREGNANT WOMEN. Especially their own patients.

I had a medical concern, was given false information by her nurses and had to wait 40 mins to see her. I actually had to do a chargeback and was awarded the money back due to services not rendered. Very cold blooded, dishonest and selfish. The whole 9 yrs she was moody - some days moderately sweet and some just out right mean but I stayed loyal to her. I gave her 9 yrs and she threw me out like trash. At times I felt she looked at me as only dollar signs. Additionally, I had to wait 30-45 mins each time to see her - she triple stacks her appts I assume more $ for her. One of the worst doctors I've ever encountered and I've seen my fair share. She also has some rude nurses that are very judgmental and also moody. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I want to start by saying I love the front desk staff and the nurse who worked me up…read more I was a first time patient and had completed my paperwork ahead of time. Signed in and was waiting in the empty lobby for 45 minutes. I then was brought back to the room and waited 30 minutes or more after the nurse did her work up. I was not checked in on once or told how much longer the wait would be. Dr. Boyd comes in and sits down in the chair across from me. She then wanted to review my medical history. It was completely inaccurate. I had spent 25 minutes writing down my detailed family history prior to my appointment as required and she was repeating it incorrectly. I then corrected her politely and she "fixed it." She then said I was here for my hormone evaluation panel and I agreed and she just ordered the labs. She did not ONCE examine me or take a look at the areas I was concerned about (even tho that was why I was there). I was told they do not do labs in office and had to obtain them and return in a month to review the results (which is fine). I was then checked out. About 2 weeks later I received the EOB from my insurance and she billed a moderate visit that cost my insurance $600 dollars and I had to pay $175. I went to look at my chart summary and the medical history was STILL wrong after Dr. Boyd "fixed it" in the exam room with me. She had completely incorrect diagnosis of cancer for my family and had random diagnoses for my father (that I did not report and he does not have). My occupation was also wrong (despite filling it in myself online as instructed beforehand like the rest of the paperwork). I have never given a provider a poor review before but the lack of detail and absolutely NO physical exam by her was not ok. I am seeing another OBGYN next week who I hope cares more than Dr. Boyd. Please go see another provider and avoid this practice. I paid my fee but I will not be returning.

I was shocked to learn the next available appointment was a year out! Fortunately, a friend recommended Maria and she was immediately responsive. We set up a zoom call to discuss my daughter and her nutritional requirements and Maria has now managed my daughter's tube feeding for the past 2 years. We have a zoom call once a month to discuss her nutritional status and determine if any changes are necessary based on her activity level, weight gain/loss, etc. I have even texted Maria on a few occasions when I had a question and she responded immediately.
