She's great at explaining why things like tummy time are important and uses so many different techniques to keep it fun and interesting for you and your baby. She always asks permission, never pushes you and let's you go at your own pace, making sure you feel comfortable and supported. My baby girl used to hate tummy time and now she will play on her tummy for 30+ minutes! Whenever she's with my baby girl, I swear she's listening intently and taking everything Sejal says to heart. Some might even say she is a baby whisperer and by some, I mean me! Her approach is gentle yet firm and the babies know that and the mamas respect that.

I'm new to this whole baby thing, and I guess this is a pretty normal service, but I was even more happy to find that out. Jessi came to visit me soon after birth to diagnose tongue tie and helped me get an emergency appointment with Dr Ghaheri for surgery to correct it and got us on the path to breastfeeding. I was nervous about the whole process, but Jessi kept in contact with me throughout the following weeks and helped me through the process. Right how we are 4 days post surgery and already breastfeeding with a nipple shield, and I feel confident that we will be fully breastfeeding soon. Unfortunately, I am not surprised by the other negative experiences shared in the reviews. It's…read moreeven more disheartening, actually it's disgusting, when it's a woman treating women/reproductive health. Yes, people expect to have agency over their own bodies! lf you too feel like you would like to collaborate with a caring doctor I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. (The office staff and medical assistant were professional and this does not reflect on them.) Dr. Kyle could not muster even the pretense of empathy and in fact achieved the opposite. I left feeling like my very existence was an inconvenience, diminished and dismissed, traumatized- more afraid than ever (directly due to the complete lack of bedside manner, not b/c I was there for an emergency, uncommon or embarrassing issue). To her credit she was able to do so efficiently and with minimal time wasted. It's tempting to provide a play by play of what was at most a 10 min appointment to illustrate just how terrible the experience was- I don't want to share medical details online. Dr. Kyle could have in our short time together chosen to speak a single caring statement and I wouldn't not be writing these words, but did not extend a single scrap of empathy during our short time together. (It still would have been a waste of my time, but a little caring goes a long way.) I was not ONCE asked if I had any questions even though I intentionally mentioned it was my first time discussing imaging results with a doctor and that I have never had any surgery. With barely a glance my way, at my chart and with only a single question about my symptoms, the doctor IMMEDIATELY tried to push me into what I consider an extreme surgery with NO further explanation. I was shut down the moment I attempted to initiate a discussion- asking for "alternatives b/c given my medical history I have concerns re. surgical outcomes." Instead of addressing my concerns I was painted what was to me a terrifying image of a damaging surgery that would leave a long dramatic scar and shown the door.(BUT lol I was handed a FAQ lifted off the web but only the questions were printed- have to click the drop down for answers- I can google things-I see a Dr. to get an experts medical opinion! ) Yes, there is a possible alternative but they didn't even get the referral right- I think they googled it as it was the same place that made the FAQ but didn't bother to check that the procedure is done at the Minnesota office locations. I wasn't given the doctor's expert opinion on how viable of an alternative it is, success rate etc. or anything beyond the name of the procedure and the joke of googled half baked handout. Nor the opportunity to ask. I know many doctors have a hard job that in recent years have faced added challenges. I'm trying to give someone like this the benefit of the doubt- first impression was they looked exhausted/burnt out. I'm not out to bash anyone but to warn others and validate those who have had similar experiences. I genuinely wonder why doctors like this continue to practice medicine. I guess to pay the bills like the rest of us, it's one thing to quiet quit your office job- when one is a medical doctor there are potentially serious negative consequences for patients. In my case who knows I may need surgery, I may not. What I will not do is be bullied into making an uninformed decision about my body to appease a doctor who shows they couldn't care less about me. I will however warn others- I am particularly mortified to read that a doctor so lacking in bedside manner Dr.'s bio says pediatric and adolescents are a specialty.

So far this has been THE single worst experience I've had with PANW. We come here strictly for Dr…read more J but the office has gone from bad to worse. I don't know if it's just new staff new policies or what. But I called to get our FAMILY an appointment for the flu shot with the drive through clinic and was told they weren't taking appointments yet (even though the email said call or book online...) so I waited into September and called. I was told they were booking the first week of October. So I called then and was told they were totally full for October and would put me on a wait list for November. I stayed on the line to get all of the registration information done, and verified insurance, etc and was told I was all set. I got a call late last week to come and get our shots. Then I was told that they didn't have any adult shots because they'd run out so I could do the kids. I said fine because we all need our flu shot! Especially this year! SO I booked the kids in. The day before I got an email to check in, no problem right? Ten minutes after filling out this "online" registration it times out and the page goes white. I can't go back or refresh. Nothing. It happened with BOTH of my kids check ins. So I said NOPE not doing it. And then I got a text today (the day of,) asking me to do it. I said NO. I wasted 10 minutes the other day and it timed out on me. This is ridiculous. And they said "it's our check in process now." I ended up having to do it IN the office and it took 8 minutes for both kids but my son's form was a fraction of the length of my daughters. Hers took me 6 minutes and his took me 2. They said this is the new check in. It's ridiculous because it's confirming ALL of my information which they already have on file. What a waste of my time when their office should be doing this all. I'm not going to lie and say that I had a great attitude about this. But we had our annual pediatric check ups in June (when people actually seemed WAY more cautious and concerned about COVID than now,) and it was a piece of cake. This was tedious and NOT what I needed after a long day of Kindergarten and a 5 year old having a meltdown about not wanting a flu shot. I felt awful for the nurse who took the brunt of the day as my son proceeded to scream as loud as I've ever heard him scream "NO!!!!!!" The entire time we had him there and I had to hold him down while he got his flu shot. That was not a win. But the nurse was great, she wasn't super friendly but she was patient as can be because he had an EPIC meltdown over this. So I have to be grateful for that. I honestly was waiting for her to kick us out but she managed to get his shot done. She was even nice enough that she offered him a prize after. Which I said NO NO. He definitely doesn't get a prize for acting like that. Anyway, I won't be going to this office again for a while. I was super displeased with the office staff. The girl was SO nice but nice doesn't help with things being done right. And communicating proper expectations.

She has solid resources that really helped us learn so much more about the process of pregnancy and preparing for labor. I ended up going all the way to 42 weeks and Heather was amazing at helping me take it moment by moment, evaluating as we went along to still make the best decisions that felt right to us. When labor finally got going, she was wonderful at helping me feel more grounded and confident as well as being a valuable teammate with my husband. When I had moments of feeling like I wasn't sure if I could keep going, she knew exactly what I needed to help me find strength again.
