What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. I made the massive mistake of hiring his company to do some dirt work, lay some concrete, and remove and replace a retaining wall in my yard. It was a $12k estimate. Things started off fine, and demolition was accomplished in one day. Then when they poured the concrete, he claimed the concrete itself cured too quickly for them to properly finish it. They blamed Standard Concrete. Suits from this company came out and inspected the concrete and found nothing wrong with it, but Ryan said he wouldn't put his name on the work, and came out and tore up most of it without my permission. He ruined my entire backyard with his skid steer while doing it. His guys framed to repour, but then he quit working and kept asking for more money. I ended up paying the $12k estimate in full just to get him to come finish the job, but even that wasn't enough. He now wanted more money than that, and refused to complete any more work. He was awful to me and treated me horribly, and at one point even texted me "F*** you" among other things. I still have every text he sent me for proof. I finally refused to work with him anymore. I only got the retaining wall removed, my backyard destroyed, and maybe 100 foot of sidewalk done for $12k. I hired another company to complete the job because I couldn't stand the thought of seeing or talking to Ryan again. He's truly an awful person.

Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. It took us a bit of time to get everything in place to have the job done and they honored the original quote (even though it had an expiration date of late July). When we were finally ready to have the work done, scheduling was easy and they arrived at the time promised. They did a great job protecting the workspace and replaced an electrical outlet that erroneously had some insulation sprayed into it. We are very happy with the outcome of the spray foam insulation - the spray foam provides a much better barrier than the standard fiberglass and Radiant is a good company to work with.
