Poor Communication and Worse Customer Treatment…read more I called the store on Dec 24 to confirm closing hours before making a long drive. I was told 5 PM. I arrived before then and was turned away because the doors had already been closed. When I returned after Christmas, customers were forced to stand outside for over an hour in freezing temperatures while it snowed. There were heaters, but only one was working--and it was positioned for the door employee, not the customers. The rest of the line had no heat at all. After waiting through all of that, they were out of the size I needed. Extremely disappointing experience, especially given the brand's pricing and reputation.

Bathrooms are conveniently located throughout and there are great dining options. Parm is my top recommendation, but you can't go wrong with Shake Shack or one of the many food court options. There is tons of parking surrounding the little shopping town. Get there early to ensure a full day of shopping that allows you to take full advantage of all the stores!
