I knew things may be different based on COVID, but couldn't really find any information beyond "policies may vary by park". So when we got there we just happened across of touchscreen that let you reserve things during your stay.... and the pool was listed. Apparently we only got 2 - 90 minute slots in the pool for our whole 4 days there and the indoor safari climbing wasn't even listed... that was reserved at a separate location and we got 60 minutes there for out whole 4-day stay. So we paid well over 1000 Euro for a total of 4 hours of entertainment in their facilities. We were able to ride horses which is a separate business within walking distance (they were amazing). and do piddly things like mini-golf and play in the sand at the lackluster playground they had. There was lots of car traffic while were there making walking to things challenging/dangerous. We cooked in our lodge since meals from them were $$$. All Sunday we kept asking the staff when the pool hours for Monday would open and if we could get in. They kept telling us to get the app, it would be on the app. No one had answers, they didn't speak very good English and we couldn't download the app on an American nor on a German phone. So we had to keep taking time to walk back to that touchscreen to try to see if the pool hours had opened up. Our cabin was adequate, but infested with flying ants in the kitchen. This was a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

There are six outside showers, one is cold only (but not marked in any way) and one was broken when I was there. So I had to wait to take my shower, but worry not - someone put up a sign that you should limit your shower time to 3 Min max. There are also not many changing cabins - so that meant waiting again for me. There are small lockers (1€) for your valuables, but no lockers for your clothes. There is a (non locked and non supervised) room to hang your clothes. There are 3 Pools, a big 50 Meter long deep pool for swimming with 2 diving boards on the side, a medium sized pool with a big water slide and a third small pool for toddlers.
