He waited over a month to have us served! We were prepared to pay this large bill in full the very next day. BUT, Robert's "law firm" doesn't have a website where you can pay. He doesn't have a website at all. We called the phone number on the summons for SEVERAL days (and left messages that were never returned) trying to get this matter taken care of. When we finally got through to him he didn't have a final total for us. He told me he would call the court on Monday to find out server fees and call us back. He never called us back. We finally got ahold of him several days later with a total. We sent the money order out that day via priority mail and signature confirmation. The envelope was delivered the very next day. It took Mr. Khoenle 2 weeks to pick this up from his POBOX. He waited until the day before the court hearing to snail mail the request for dismissal from the court (an additional 10-14 days). He is extremely unprofessional & very rude on the phone. He hung up on me twice. If you need a lawyer & you are considering him I suggest you don't! Hire someone else. If you are ever in a situation like we were I wish you luck!
