When my husband suffered a sudden cardiac arrest, we were thrown into a situation filled with fear and uncertainty. From the very first moment, your medical team responded with urgency, expertise, and compassion. The doctors and surgeons who performed his open-heart surgery demonstrated not only exceptional skill, but also calm confidence that gave our family hope during an incredibly frightening time. Throughout his recovery, the nurses, medical assistants, and support staff provided constant care, attentiveness, and kindness. They treated my husband not just as a patient, but as a person--always with dignity, patience, and warmth. Every interaction, whether big or small, made a meaningful difference in his healing process and in our peace of mind. I would also like to recognize the physical therapy team, whose encouragement and guidance played a vital role in helping my husband regain strength and begin his path back to normal life. Their dedication and positivity truly stood out. Our family spent 21 days in Barcelona during his recovery, and while it was an unexpected and challenging time, we will always remember the incredible level of care and humanity shown by everyone at your hospital. Thank you for saving my husband's life and for supporting our family through such a difficult journey. We are forever grateful.
