Le directeur n'a cessé d'affirmer qu'il était " quelqu'un de carré " -- une posture trop insistante qui en devient suspecte. Après deux heures d'attente et d'atermoiements, j'ai dû poster moi‑même l'échantillon. Très commercial et peu consciencieux ; à fuir.

There is nothing more infuriating than waiting endlessly for help while watching numerous people…read morebehind a counter push papers around, answer telephones, move from one room to another. That is the sad reality at this laboratory where no one looks up to welcome you unless you make a stink about how long you've been waiting/push your way to the front of the counter. Just the sort of experience that gets your blood pressure up to boiling, right before a medical exam (who's the genius that thought of that logic??). I've been here more times than I wish to count (when you're pregnant, you have to come ever 3 weeks for a blood test to make sure you haven't caught some bizarre bacteria from salads, cold cuts or goat meat - true story!). While I give the general experience here two stars, since it is rough around the edges, there are definitely a few practictioners that I've dealt with that have been pleasant. Overall, do not come here in a hurry, do not come here expecting warmth and compassion, do not come here expecting 100% efficiency, but they will get you your tests back within a reasonable amount of time and their location is central.
