Yes I'm aware there isn't always work available, however the lack of communication is deeply unprofessional and I don't appreciate it at all. Sam from here called me very bubbly one day, sent me to an in person interview. The company acted like they loved me but turned around to say they were concerned of why I wanted to work their TEMP role coming from my background. Is that any of your concern??? I'm aware it's a temp role and you're aware I've been laid off so what's the issue? Anyways, she wanted me to drop what I was doing (driving) after the interview to hurrily send them a thank you letter reiterating that I was okay with the role being temp (which was annoying because obviously the role is temp, we both know that?) After that, you would think I would hear from Samantha to atleast be notified that they chose someone else? Nope, still didn't hear from her until 2 months later where she texted me asking me if I was interested in a few roles? I said yes, even though in my mind I thought I shouldn't continue to work with them because of how they operate. Do you think that I've heard from her since then? Nope. That was a month ago.
