The bases are different kinds of salad but also pasta or couscous. It's a bit expensive for a "simple" salad and it's getting busier and busier at lunch time so you better come with a reservation. However I think the salads and ingredients are delicious and always fresh, and the place is really cool: it's a massive open space with big lights and amazing giant photographs and clocks (all on 12:30, obviously) on the walls. It's also extremely conveniently located right in the city centre close and has easy access and parkings nearby. Coffee is also free refill once you pay for your cup (a bit like at IKEA but better quality), which is a plus for the coffee addict that I am.

Ordering was a breeze through thuisbezord.nl and within less than half an hour we had our food, still hot. The only thing you can argue about now is the price. Main dishes are between 16€ and 18€, which is also much more than the prices found on their website. I found it a bit pricey, but given the good quality and large portion sizes (we had leftovers for lunch the next day), I'm still ok with it. Plus, we got a discount (not sure why though). Overall a good experience, and if I wasn't moving, I would totally stop by here more often.
