The cleaners skipped multiple tasks on the scope, and entire rooms of the house. They told us they would come back to finish so we paid the full amount, only to be told later that they would not complete the work. What they skipped: one entire bathroom, cobweb cleaning, microwave cleaning, one entire room sweeping, dusting and mopping. What they did, they did well, but they seemed to pick and choose what they wanted to do. Both cleaners had time to smoke a cigarette on the porch, but not to finish the work. Given that this was our first time with this company, and most people start with their best work, we decided not to continue using them.
