I had an 8:45am appointment and walked in around 8:40. They checked me in, asked for my scripts, and told me which room to go into. They called me back to ask for CC. The process was quick. I sat back down in the room and seconds later, Monica walked in. She was really sweet, personable and engaged in conversation. She made the process all so smooth. Sorry, the total experience stinks! Some of the techs are professional and attempt to conduct themself well but it depends on who is there on a certain day. I had an appointment for bloodwork on a Monday and then had to come back on a Wednesday to return a 24 hour urine sample. I presented a doctors order/referral for all the labs on one requsition. The first tech took the original, highlighted the blood draws with a yellow highlighter pen and took the referral in her possession. When I returned on Wednesday, they refused to take my urine sample as I did not have the original orders! I attempted to let them know they had the master copy but the tech was very rude and dimissive. I attempted to get my doctors office to fax over the referral but their office was closed. To make a long story short I had to go home and get a copy I had to go back. I was upset with the way they conducted them selves at this office. They should have been more responsible for the original requisition. The office should have a camera to monitor for the way this office operates. It is not always the patients who are dificult to work with but the actual staff! Look at all these negative review...doesn't that speak volumes? **Where is management in all of this? I think your staff needs some in-service meetings for re-education. If you want to do business you need to arise to the challenge. People, you are better off going to Quest Diagnostics instead in my honest opinion. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I've been waiting for 45mins past my appointment time. People are littering the hallway waiting way past their appointment. It's a joke. They just tell you whatever you wanna hear and have you waiting a century. I asked how many minutes exactly I would be waiting. She replied it would be exactly 2mins per person to draw blood. So I asked how are there so many people waiting for an hour then? She said it's because her other coworkers are slow. What a shame. And an elderly man had been waiting for over an hour. It's dangerous for an elderly man to be waiting extra time fasting well into the afternoon. But they didn't care, they told him other people were waiting just like him. It's a shame the lack of care they had. Stay far away from this location. read more

Staff was very good. My blood work results are usually available in 2-5 days. This time it's taking two weeks.... per labcorp when I asked for a status: "My research shows your testing has not yet finalized for 12/06/2023. The normal turnaround time for Magnesium, RBC testing is 2-4 days. We also show an additional delay in testing for this lab location of 7-10 days due to capacity constraints. The expected date for your test to be finalized is 12/20/2023." I had to miss a follow up visit with my doctor, which I scheduled a week after my visit. Look elsewhere. This office is not a place I will trust with any of my testing. Everyone encountered here was over the top rude. That is not a deal breaker (it's just too common) the thing that is unforgivable is they "lost" a test sample. It was taken at a certain point in time and can not be retaken. The MA that did my test was very disrespectful, insensitive and cold. I am a 21 year old girl going to take a dreaded paternity test. I walk in and immediately was met with an attitude and no eye contact while telling me i didn't have the right information. She told me "go sit down" in a sharp tone. I was then yelled at from behind the desk to go to room one. i have never been to this office before, i am physically upset, not comfortable with letting myself into the back office. When she eventually meets me in the room she had a harsh tone, a "lets get this over with attitude". I am so traumatized by the fact that i have to take a paternity test and she is making this experience 10 times worse. I start sobbing while i am signing the documents and she then starts to soften. telling me that this will be the "best year of my life". Not sure where she concluded that information while im crying over all of this happening. This was one of the worst experiences of my life and her attitude made me even more traumatic. read more

Despite the fact that there were only two staff members working and a waiting room full of people, the lovely lady that helped me was pleasant and efficient as she handled check ins, data entry and blood draws. There is obviously a staff shortage at this location and I did have to wait a little bit after my appointment time but unfortunately this is how things are now. DO.NOT.COME.HERE! One of the ladies (she was hispanic) on the front desk has an attitude problem. Before me she was already going back and forth with another client. I know the wait times vary and it could be longe than expected I was waiting patiently but my head was throbbing and my stomach grumbling because I haven't ate. when my mom asked her how long it would take and she replied that she wasn't sure and to keep waiting so in return my mom said maybe she needs to come another day cause she hasn't ate anything and it's 2:00pm she replied with "well she hasn't been her all day" well no shit sherlock last time I check my order was written for me to be fasting for 12 hours before I had blood drawn sooo what was the point of that statement? I had to leave cause I got so mad by the comment I knew the more I waited there the closer I was to verbally and physically hurting her. The lab corp in clifton is much better trust me don't even "maybe i'll just try cause it's close to me" no! take the drive to clifton! I hope the supervisor sees this and has a meeting with this employee and I think i'll bring up the encounter with her when I go to clifton to get my blood work done. read more
