I have MCAS and was getting labs done for that disease and was told I could go to another lab because the smell was making me ill. I asked for a mask, and they told me to look on the front desk. I was told by the staffer that I should keep the mask and wear it everywhere I go because I couldn't be out in the world with all the smells. This is absolutely the first time I have ever encountered this type of thick, heavy smell in a medical office. I do not recommend this lab. The staff lacks empathy for the patients. I would give this place a zero if I could. It's the worst.

I made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, and wasn't helped until 40 minutes after my scheduled time. It seems like they were taking people in order of who showed up. Maybe today just wasn't my luck (even though it was St. Patrick's Day ) but a 50 minute wait time for a drug screening that takes 10 minutes is ridiculous. Service was decent, even though one of the ladies assured me "she is just finishing up with a patient and will be out in a minute for you" yet I wasn't helped for 20 minutes after that. Overall pretty dissatisfied, although I didn't really have a choice of going to this location (employer chose). If you have the choice, I'd recommend looking around first.

My doctor ordered an MRI for me. I've had them before but, being claustrophobic I can no longer go…read morein the tube. So I looked around for an open, stand up machine in the Louisville area with no luck. In fact there the closest is this one in Mishawaka. We had been trying to get up to Amish country so it seemed like a good idea to combine this with that since the cities are only about 30 minutes apart. The staff here is really nice and very helpful. Nicole makes the appointment, gathers the information and checks you in when you arrive. Liz is the Tech that conducts the tests. The MRI machine is open, very comfortable and somewhat quieter than others I've been in. If you are claustrophobic at all this is where you want to go.

The staff was very kind and empathetic to my anxiety. The only negative for me is that it is a tight fit. If I were any bigger, I don't think I would have been able to squeeze in. This was my third MRI at this facility and each time it was a pleasant experience.
