I couldn't get a morning appointment for weeks because every clinic's slots were booked. Today, I went to the King Road clinic, scheduled to open at 7:30 am. I arrived at 8:20 am, and several people with appointments made weeks earlier were still waiting because the office hadn't opened yet. When they called the company, they didn't reach a human; instead, they got a recording with no resolution.

I believe he is related to the JSE Labs Owners. I wanted to warn people to avoid using Hunter for any testing or reporting. Our results were incomplete and incorrect and we have spent several thousand dollars to correct his work.

They quoted me me 2-3 days on the analysis (which was fine) but had something for me 24 hours later. Way to over-deliver! I also called them about how to best take samples and what they needed. As a residence owner, not a contractor, their help and reassurance was very valuable. Had 3 different samples tested and thankfully only 2 of them had asbestos in them. And everything--any task at all from the most profoundly medical to the most simply administrative--takes an obscene amount of time, that would be comical in a dark nihilist way if it wasn't your health on the line.
