Highly recommend if you are in need of these services! 3732 W Wisconsin Avenue Milwaukee First went to Any Labs location in Wauwatosa around January of 2018 for a requested 10 panel. The woman that collected the sample took two HUGE CHUNKS of hair! I left sobbing! I could blindly feel the huge chunks on the back of my head that she took out and a year and a half later I still get comments on them from hairstylists every single time I go in! I honestly was traumatized by the experience! (Yes, I fully realize the vanity in it and there are much bigger problems to have in life, but I think most anyone would be extremely upset about a careless hack job to their head! You need only consider the time and money so many people spend on their hair, hair products, wigs, hair loss treatments etc You can't place a value on your time, money, body, and results!) About a year later, I needed to have alcohol hair testing done. I still was so traumatized from the first experience that I delayed going in for a long as possible. I finally decided to try their different location instead. I went in and, with tears in my eyes, explained what happened the last time. I showed the woman there(Anna) the chunk that was missing and she was shocked! She admitted that they took MUCH too much hair, actually took a picture of it, and said that they were going to speak to the person that did it and put out a company notice on it. I felt slightly better and felt encouraged that I could try trusting someone else. We completed the service. On May 18th, I received the email results and my stomach dropped and was in knots when it appeared to only show what appeared to be all drugs and no alcohol! I tried to remain calm as I called them hoping that it was a mistake that could be easily fixed or that perhaps I was just reading it wrong. I spoke to Anna again that same day. I am generally a very laidback, people pleasing person who would rather let something just go and inconvenience myself than rock the boat and speak up for myself, but I got even more and more upset as she argued with me over what I asked for! Finally (I feel as an attempt to get rid of me) she said she would speak to the manager/owner. As a long time business owner myself, I fully expected to receive a phone call later that day showing great concern over the mess they made! I gave them over A WEEK to address things! Far more than enough time to try to make amends and be professional! I can only assume they hoped I'd just go away! I only received a barrage of calls/emails when I decided to fight and I filed for a dispute of charges with my bank! Regardless of which specific service you need, I'm certain it is far too important to you to be placing in the hands of careless, bungling, unprofessional individuals! There are other businesses nearby that are FAR better! DO NOT take a chance at either of these places!

The staff at St Lukes took such great care of me the anti-anxiety meds were unnecessary. Ensconced in Room C3102A, the aides, Michele and Alexis, and the nurses Shanon, Michelle, Margaret, etc, were empathetic, caring, and knowledgable, able to listen and comprehend what I needed. I'm difficult! The last time I spent an overnight in a hospital was in 1959! I am used to VIP treatment, and I am often a dilettante. However, my arrogance was diffused by the sincerity of my caregivers at St. Lukes Hospital. I'm home recuperating, but I will never forget the kindness and care shown to me by the overworked and underappreciated staff. You are all amazing.

Each week I get several automated requests to check in to the same appointments. While this requires no more than five minutes of my time, it is very redundant, particularly when I am often asked for the same information when I get to an appointment. The result may be greater accuracy in billing, but I seriously doubt it improves care Further, twice I've been given a pile of papers to complete while waiting, only to have them ignored by the provider. Finally, the only apparent people with which issues can be addressed are nurses and MAs who are similarly frustrated by these issues. In the end, it's not about health or care, and the system is not about people.
