Aretha was very kind, professional, gentle and got my labs done quickly! I had a bad experience at this location a few years ago, so I decided to try again ... glad I did! Thank you, Aretha! read more

This is establishment is poorly ran and managed. The technology is up to date, but the workers are behind in time...and i mean that literally. They offer you zero customer service and have the audacity to be nice/ nasty. Moving forward i will take my lab orders to a different location. This location is for those who enjoy waisting their time read more

Was sent here by a court order. The lab tech refused to help me because it showed a due balance. I showed receipts and court ordered she refused to accept. I called the courts and the court case worker asked to speak to her, she got up and walked away. It too over an hour of calling and faxing evidence before a supervisor was contacted. The tech refused to help me without legal representative present. Supervisor called and apologized. Beyond rude, disrespectful, and in human treatment. Oh I was here for a blood test for my son. read more

This has got to be the worst place you can go to get labs. I took my daughter this morning for fasting blood work.. they made us wait two hours!! Knowing she was fasting! The staff is so rude (only 2 girls working, and only one actually doing anything). After an hour wait, I inquired, and the lady said we could wait all day, basically suggested we leave if we weren't prepared to wait hungry all day, and then slammed her glass window because apparently having to answer questions or do her job is so annoying. Terrible terrible terrible. Go ANYWHERE else. read more

Avoid. They sent my STAT test results to a random hospital I've never heard of and then wouldn't fax my provider. Luckily my nurse sat on hold to get through to them directly. This was a routine urine test before a surgery. I would NEVER trust this place to take my blood. When I did my test, afterwards I even joked to my husband that there was a 99% chance they'd lose my results. Incredibly rude and didn't man their front desk. Another lady and I could hear some women chatting casually. read more

I came here 4 times in the past week to get a labs. It has been nothing short of a nightmare trying to get this done. The staff are helpful but rude. I had explained that I was running late and didn't grab the correct form. They told me I couldn't email it so I went to my car to leave. Lo and behold the form was in my car. When I brought it back the woman up front said "well if you had it why didn't you bring it instead doing all that" to which I reminded her that I had previously said I was rushing and didn't think I had it. She made remarks under her breath and I told her "it's not even like that I'm being respectful don't take it there" and waited for my appointment. I didn't even want to proceed with getting my labs done here because I was so annoyed and honestly embarrassed. As someone who works in a medical office I cannot imagine being so snarky to a patient. I won't be back. read more

First of all, I called this place at least 10 times but never got any answer. I left messages and never got any calls back. When I went there to have blood work done so that I could get the medicine I needed in order to keep me out of the hospital I was turned away because I didn't have insurance and wanted to pay cash. The woman I spoke to had a very nasty attitude and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. Even if I had insurance, which is pending at this time, I would NEVER go to LabCorp for any reason. read more

I came here to give support to someone giving blood and I did not have a mask. They said they couldn't give me one but then they didn't want me to stretch my shirt so they gave me one! Awesome service! I recommend giving them your blood! read more
