I walked in not realizing I needed an appointment for a drug screen. They offered to take me on the spot. I'm thankful bc this is for a travel assignment and time is of the essence. Everyone in the office worked to fit me in. Michael did my bloodwork and was the best bc I'm a big baby when it comes to needles. I was in and out in no time. Okay, I'm here for a drug test. Simple, as a prehire requirement. I made an appointment for 2:15 and I've been sitting here for over an hour. People who came in after me have been called, there's someone else in the lobby who also has been waiting for an hour. GO TO ANOTHER LAB unless you have an hour to kill! read more

If you have the option to go to another location please do. My particular job required me to come to this specific location . Stay away if possible. No one manning the front desk . I had to wait for 30 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge. I will say that once I got taken to the back, the drug test only took 5 minutes. Do be aware that they only do drug tests between certain hours . 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. read more

Carr(?) is the best phlebotomist I've ever had take blood from me! Usually, my veins are hard to find and I have an agonizing time while they take several jabs over multiple minutes. Not so with Carr - she had already drawn the blood and was done before I realized the needle had even gone in! Thanks guys! read more

The staff is extremely unprofessional. While waiting on blood work one of the staff members came outside to the waiting room and asked for everyone's attention who was waiting (about 9 people in total) and said "can I tell you guys something, I hate it here". Moments later she came out again and repeated "I hate it here, I hate my life, I hate my job" and proceeded to complain about her personal life. I can assume that her unprofessionalism is contributing to low moral amongst staff. I don't think that the staff member realizes that her negative attitude directly affects the emotions of everyone surrounding her including, patients and other staff members. read more

I am so tired of the rudeness that I receive behind the window when I go in. My mother is 78 and they treat her like crap too. The kiosk is often broken that they want you to check in with. My doctor sent orders over twice and after I called my doctor and two hours later they said that they received them. This place needs to be avoided at all cost. I will not let my mother ever go there again. read more

The only reason I gave it 2 starts was that the Phlebotomist wa extremely nice and quick. Otherwise they need to fire that receptionisy. She barely gives you the time of day and definitely acts like she would rather be somewhere else. Absolutely no people or customer service skills. read more

Never go here, seriously, save yourself the trouble. First, I have never managed to get anyone on the phone, and have tried a number of times. That's one thing - ok, not the biggest deal, but super inconvenient. What's worse? They're, thus far, one of the worst Labcorps I've been to, and I go fairly often (and across multiple states). The first time I went, everyone was confused on what tests to run. Ok, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, my doctor does order unique tests sometimes. But then, these labs (which I've had done in the past, multiple times) took almost 3 weeks to return. Yes, some of my labs are complex, but never EVER had this happen, usually it's, at the most, a week. Still, I tried to just give them the benefit again. I went again for labs at the end of June. Now... who knows what happened?! When my doctor called to ask about it, they said they ran labs from a different doctor that had been done in May. It makes no sense cause this is a specialist from a totally different practice. When I arrived there, I'd specifically asked if they had labs from my doctor (by name and by practice name). They said yes, they had it. Instead, they ran something totally different that had been run and I'm being told me/my insurance have to pay unless the other doc can call and confirm they did not send it over. Hopefully I can get that done. Either way, don't bother with this location. Travel farther if you have to because in all of two visits, nothing but heavy delays and issues. read more

Choose another branch!!! We had my sons blood taken here and after waiting close to an hour the woman (lea) who did the draw had terrible "bedside manner." The needle was dangling out of his arm flopping all over the place and he was crying and it took far longer than our usual appointment. We've now waited over a week for electronic results and the phone just rings and rings and rings and then clicks and hangs up. Unbelievable. read more
