First let me say do not let the negative reviews sway you! I have been coming here for over 3 years for various blood draws and such and have received professional, kind, compassionate and timely service. I was recently there and Ms. Jasmine provided my service and it was excellent. The front desk was very nice as well and explained the paper work and the check-in kiosk was easy to use. Sometimes when people are sick they forget that there are others sick as well. Labcorps has policies like every other business. Don't be upset with them when they have to follow their company rules. It's their job to loose for doing something wrong not yours. Be kind and thoughtful and you will find they will reciplicate in turn. Shout out to the team there! It is currently 7:48 on a Monday morning. I have been fasting all morning in order to have my labs drawn. This place is supposed to be open at 7:30. I've not had coffee or caffeine and I'm just standing here outside with the 9 other hungry souls and one who has been holding her urine all morning. Went in to get a drug test for a job, not only was the receptionist exceptionally rude, but she turned me away with a noncomittal answer and wasn't sure when I would be able to get the drug test done. I asked point blank if this location was open the next day. She said yes. I had a three day time window to perform this test. I returned the next day and the same receptionist told me to leave before I'd even opened my mouth. I explained my situation and she told me to call the nearest one two towns away. I tried to call the number on my drug test form and only got a bot with no chance of finding that particular branch. So now I lost a high paying job and am on my way to homelessness. I would give them a 0 if I could. Never have I received such horrible non service. I can't even really call it service. A total waste of time and this location is a total waste of space. First it says they are open until 4:30 on Friday, so after I was done working I went by to drop off a sample it was 3:55 and they were closed. So now I have to drive back to my doctor the following week to get another jar for my culture, my doctor is in Gainesville and it's a sputum sample so it has to be taken when I wake up. I take the sample in and as I'm not familiar with their procedures I sit down b/c someone was at the counter, well apparently the persons at the counter were friends of one of the desk clerks so they just totally ignored me and kept on chatting until I finally interrupted them. They finally told me to fill out the tablet first then they could take my sample. I wasn't there for them to draw blood or take any samples just drop one off, that was three weeks ago and still no results. I called them 2 days ago, answering machine said leave a message they would call back, no call, called again yesterday left a message 3 times still no call. If I could give them a negative score I would read more

I don't typically leave reviews but in my opinion this place deserves a better rating maybe they got new staff or something. I was a walk in due to all their appointments being filled but even then they were able to get me in and out under 20 minutes. I got blood work done and the nurse was great quick and painless I would definitely come back to this location for more work. The woman at the front desk was super polite too. My daughter took my VERY sick 8 year old grandson to have stool specimen test. They were placed in a room like a hospital room when they arrived that had it's own bathroom. She was then instructed to go across the street to use the bathroom at Burger King because they don't allow specimen's to be collected at their office. Mind you, they were in a room with a contained bathroom. This is absurd!!!! Do they collect urine and blood at this office??? Are they not prepared to clean after sick people..... they are a lab right? I am appalled. Got a bunch of folks who are just filling a spot and lack the compassion or professionalism to be working in health care. Go get a job at Walmart folks, you would fit in better. I feel like I need to leave a review after reading all of the 1 star reviews and having a great experience here. I walked in without an appointment and the lady that checked me in also did my bloodwork. I only waited for 5 minutes and it was the most smooth and painless bloodwork I've ever gotten done. She was really kind and informative and I felt well taken care of! 5/5 for sure! read more

only a 1 because there was nothing lower...I sat and waited and they took 1 person back every 20 minutes. even with an appointment it was 1 hour and 8 minutes later when we were called back. this is the worst medical place I have ever dealt with. read more

AC IS OUT!! Husbands been waiting on trying to get some blood work done, and it's been over an hour, and the AC is not working. They have not gone and checked on him to make sure he's okay from the heat in his waiting room. There is no compassion or caring from any of the staff, heaven forbid you send an elderly person to this place, they would be heat stroking out, and no one would know or care. Very disappointed for no heads up on their front door and then furthering the disappointment by not caring to check up on their patients. Will not be coming back and do not recommend!! read more
