They had to discharge me, because they wanted to give up on me, and also I have find another agency, wait another 2 weeks to start all over again. These people come from the Galactic Federation just like any other corrupted Galactic Federation owned agency. Also the owner of this company has a deep military background to set the record streight, forcing us to work for them, and not for us. I knew this wasn't going to last forever, because of the stress and pressure that the recent caregiver has given me, and trying to force me be discharged. I think discharging should be outlawed and never allowed especially where there are little or no new options out there. I just hate being thrown to the curve just like that, because I not not elite enough, not perfect enough to be part of their family. Just throw me into the woods and being forgotten. This is what I get and deserve, and why I cannot with the home care corruption. I am under too much stress, too much pressure, and they do deserve this negative review to be posted and shared with many others. I am getting tired of this, these people come from different worlds. They just want to be cruel to be kind, and it does not matter what you do for them, they want you to kiss their behind. This agency is not for everybody, and it's sure not for me. I don't recommend this agency and I sure did not recommend their transportation services. I should of never been assigned to them in the first place. Over the years my doctors have come and gone and even returned years later. It never seems to matter which doctor I see. I am well aware that this is a teaching environment and, as an educator myself, I find that encouraging. The ladies at reception are all very kind & professional. Gabby helped get us checked in this morning and was very pleasant & sweet to my little one. I appreciate how clean this facility is. The waiting room has plenty of seats, hand sanitizers & face masks available. They also have a TV playing kids shows to keep the littles entertained during the wait. I also appreciate that everything is in my chart if you're already a patient for CHKD & then the Primary Care Physician has access to the visit as well. I much prefer this urgent care over another due to their attention to children and warm environment.

Upon walking in, the door says to put on a mask if you're coughing. I only mention this because I was one of two wearing a mask in the waiting area even though many folks were coughing. If you're new they add you in fairly quickly and paperwork is easy. They have a nice tv, a coloring table for kids, and plenty of seats to sit in while you wait. I actually didn't wait very long. I was called back, did vitals, and was given a room immediately. Dr. Chou came in not too much later and took care of me. He's super friendly and listened when I expressed my concerns. After the check up, he asked which pharmacy and promptly sent my medication. It's a clean facility, attentive staff, and good care. I'd recommend.
