Once I got into a room, a nurse came quickly and took information. This is where I expected to wait another half hour or longer but a PA came after a few minutes. He was very kind and thorough with his questions and information he shared. He patiently answered all my questions and called in a Rx for me. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the counter staff made minimal effort to be helpful...or pleasant. In any event, I recommend due to the PA on staff at this location. Hours are M-F 8a-7p; Saturday 8-1 and Sunday from 11-5.

I tried calling them to see what the hold up was and the phone rang and rang until it just stopped. No one answered. My daughter went to tell the receptionist that she had to get back to work and to nurse her infant and the staff were eating and seemed absolutely unconcerned that she was leaving. When she told them she had to go, their response was "ok" Really!?!? They have some sorry ass medical providers for sure.

He stated as he had tried to call the day before. But, I received no voicemail from the company. ( But, phones were messed up in our area ) I wasn't given a set schedule when nurses where to come out . If I called the office to find out it was like pulling teeth to get an answer to my question as I was passed off to several ppl with maybe we can get someone out. Supplies I needed was also a problem bc they company wouldn't bring out enough. But wanted me to change my wound when it got wet. Again, having to call the company and being told hopefully we can get someone out. Or they didn't have enough supplies. And needed to order more. Bc of their negligence I ended up with an serious infection and had to be admitted to the hospital. Some of the employees were actually caring and tried to do everything in their power to help. So it's not all bad with the company. But , I wouldn't make them my first choice ever again.

I had a very mixed experience at Aspen Dental in Mount Airy…read more First, I want to recognize the hygienist. They were the best hygienist I have ever had. They were kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely listened to my concerns. They made every visit much more comfortable, and I truly appreciated the care they provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was very different. After having fillings done, I continued to have sensitivity and a rough feeling on one of my back teeth for months. I repeatedly brought up my concerns and was told everything looked fine. I even paid to have one of the fillings repaired because I was still having problems. After seeing a different dentist, I found out the roughness was actually caused by a chip in the tooth next to the filling that occurred during the original procedure. I will now have to have both fillings redone to correct the problem. I wish my concerns had been taken seriously instead of being dismissed. I was also disappointed with the front desk experience. The receptionist was not welcoming or particularly kind, which added to an already frustrating situation. I am grateful for the hygienist because they were excellent, but because of the dental treatment and how my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend this office.
