Jaarlijks maakt het rcth een grote productie voor regulier publiek. Sinds 1 januari 2015 werkt het rcth structureel samen met Theater Maatwerk en Galerie Atelier Herenplaats onder artistieke leiding van directeur/theatermaker Paul Röttger. Samen ontwikkelen zijn deze instellingen op weg naar een vernieuwde culturele instelling vanaf 2017 waarin professionele kunst wordt gemaakt en opleidingen worden gegeven voor kunstenaars met en zonder een beperking.
