Clean convenient the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the App " La Wash" didn't work after spending 10 minutes trying, and the Payment Point was not taking credit cards. I had Euro, so I was alright and once you got change and out the coins in it works like a dream. You can easily select the water temp and the machines dispense laundry detergent which is outstanding, but it is heavily scented so if you have any skin sensitivities be aware of that. They also have free wifi. Happy to find this so close to the hotel and a fraction of the price that hotels charge. read more

This review is from the tourist perspective. Great and convenient place to do laundry if you're traveling abroad and don't want to pay those expensive hotel fees. The more laundry you have, the better because the smallest washer they have is a 10kg (22lbs) machine. The washers here comes with detergent included! They have two 10kg, one 13kg, and two 17kg (~22lbs, ~28.6lbs, and ~37.5lbs respectively). They also have one 13kg dryer and two 17kg dryers (I didn't notice this until later because the 13kg is the one furthest from the front door). You pay for everything at the pay point - it's on the wall opposite the front door. There are instructions everywhere, both in Spanish (maybe Catalan? I personally can't immediately tell) and English. When your clothes are dry, fold them on the table and go on with your day! Simple as that. It's all pretty affordable in my opinion. They also have Wi-Fi for your convenience. read more

You pay €8 for a very large load of laundry which included detergent. Another €3 for 15 minutes of drying. All and all it was a great deal. However the detergent included was very strong. My clothes smelled strong and musty even after a couple of days. If you are sensitive to chemicals, this is not the self-laundry place for you. read more

I was visiting Palma de Mallorca, more precisely Magaluf. the machine took 25€ from me, it doesn't give back change and it you don't consume that money the machine just resets to 0 and you lose the money. I called customer service, waited for probably 20mins to get someone to talk to. They asked about where I was staying and told me that they will send someone to the hotel to bring me my money back. I didn't receive anything, TO AVOID! Further more, you need to watch out for functioning machines, because they let you pay even if the machine is not working. otherwise if you have change I don't think you could get scammed, But you need to be quick or otherwise the machine resets to 0 on itself and you lose the money read more

I appreciate that this place was open, clean and convenient. The wash and dry is fast! BUT beware, the dryer is fast because it runs VERY HOT, so hot that it MELTED the elastic in my socks and the melted elastic got on some of my new shirts. Lesson learned. read more

Would definitely recommend this spot! The process was very easy and the place is very clean. Unload your clothes in a machine, pay at the "laundry point" on the wall, select your machine number, and then press the type of wash you want back at the washer/dryer. The machine starts and detergent/softer is included in the wash. We met a few other travelers while we were here for the hour it took for us to wash an entire suitcase. Best laundromat for travelers!! Hands down this place is the best! Although small it had a lot to offer for the traveler. Three sizes of washers with the largest being 7€ for one load with soap included in the price. Yes that is correct, SOAP IS INCLUDED IN THE WASH! All you have to do is place your clothes in the machine, then go over to the payment center, put in your mount with cash or card, select the number of theachine, then back to the machine to select the cycle. There are 2 different dryers with different prices so be careful to select the correct size or you may pay too much. Dryers run on 15 min cycles which seems pretty good at drying everything in that time. The map location is a bit off, the laundromat is on the corner next to the cafe. For this side of the city it is the best I have found. Machines are all new and the facility feels clean and safe. read more

This is the nicest laundry mat I've been to, and I've traveled around the world. The machines are all nice and new and the washers include detergent and softener. There are L, XL and XXL machine sizes. The place is really clean and nice. There are laundry baskets and a table for folding. There are instructions on how to use the facility in multiple languages, including English. The prices are exceptionally reasonable too. 4,5€ for L size wash (10 kg), 6€ for XL size wash (13kg) and 7,5€ for XXL size wash (17 kg). There are two sizes of dryer - 3€ for XL and XXL sizes and 2€ for L size. The washers only take 30 minutes too!!! They have a countdown timer on the washer as well. There are 4 seats to wait in and there is a nice cafe next door. While we sat and waited for our laundry I don't think there's a need to. The place seems pretty safe and the only other person we saw came in was also doing their laundry. There's free fast wifi too! The name and password are on the bulletin board. This really is the best place in Barcelona to get your laundry done! read more

This is a great place to do laundry. The directions were a bit confusing at first, but once we figured it out, it was smooth sailing from there. I loved that the detergent was already included in the machines. I also like that there are various sizes of machines for the amount of clothes that you have to wash. This place is clean and nice. It's not cheap but not too expensive either. It has place to sit and wait for your laundry. Easy to understand instructions, must have cash. Near lost of supermarkets and it's tucked in a nice area. Unfortunately it's really hot, it doesn't have ac unit or fan, so it could be quite hot in the summer. Machine would not accept bills, floor was filthy and sticky. Machines were in great shape, unused as no one is going to have 40 Euros in coins to use in them. I imagine the other reviews are valid if you have coins. read more
