Seemed like 100+ vendors were lining the Main Street. Still, lots of of free parking option available in the back lots. Stores don't open until noon on Sundays from what I noticed. Many restaurants didn't have breakfast options except First Watch, of course.

Obviously not as good as outlet malls, but still holding its own. I was surprised by the amount of stores, but the lack of foot traffic. I came on a Sunday and there was hardly anyone here. Those that were coming were running into a single store and heading out. It doesn't seem that far fetched to have an area like this be busy. But I think that most people are straying away from shopping centers like this. The mix of stores didn't really compliment one another and if you wanted to go to other stores in the center you have to go away from the town center portion. I am sure that when it is warmer this is a more vibrant place, but places like this aren't that magically in the colder months.

By far, this area has one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. Service is wonderful and the baristas perfect your drinks. Coastal flats is also a very good option for dinner if you're into seafood. Personally, I think Paladar is a bit overpriced but if you want to splurge for one night I would recommend it. There's plenty of parking in the area both street and garage. In my opinion, it appears to be a really safe neighborhood and place to hang out.
