Food is cooked over a charcoal grill and boy can you taste and smell it not to mention the fact they cook it in front of you. Meat is locally sourced and all the food tastes great. On this occasion I went for a mixed grill, 2 lamb chops, a kofta kebab, and 4 boned chicken wings, served with rice, a side salad and warmed bread. Prices are very reasonable I paid about £15 for the meal and boy did it fill me up. In addition to that the staff are great, very polite and well organised. The only negative things I have to say are that the salad was badly dressed very acidic and not much balance to the dressing. I would also prefer a better beer choice but that's just me being pedantic.

Don's chicken thighs were copious but slightly over cooked and a bit on the bland side. But the Adana Kebab was perfect and very tasty. The stuffed aubergine was also a good veggie option. Everything came with white rice and salad. The portions were enormous. Two of us boxed up our leftovers to take home. The guys working there are friendly and the service was spot on. The food they serve here is obviously Turkish which means plenty of kebabs/grills and various dips etc. When I go here we usually share the mix starter which includes 6 dips and some lovely warm bread. This is enough for 2 as a decent snack or starter as we do. I have tried the doner Kebab and mixed grill here and you get plenty of meat. Most things are served with rice, bread and salad. Your plate is always piled high with decent quality food. It is ok value when you pay full price but I have a taste card so you get 50% off your food bill which makes it excellent value for money. For 2 people you can have a starter, main each and a drink for less than £15 if you have a taste card which is excellent. It is more like a café than a restaurant but they do serve beer which is good. Overall a very good experience.

The breads are baked fresh onsite and are delicious. The Filetitos (strips of lamb fillet I think?), Pan seared Scallops with clams and the Gamberoni Pilpil (prawns) are sensational choices from the tapas menu. There somehow always is a catch, and that was we could only order off the grill section on the menu. So after looking through the "extensive menu", I ordered the Tavuk Sis (marinated cubes of chicken fillet) with rice and we ordered one of each of their baked breads, Pide and Lavash. Each of these grill mains comes with a freshly made salad. My main was disappointing, as my marinated chicken cubes were overcooked and slightly stringy. There was nothing special about the salad, pretty standard one. Only the lavash bread was quite nice, as it was a flat bread with a buttery surface. After dinner, we had some of the tea included in the voucher. I chose the hot Turkish apple tea, which was red when it arrived. Now the name doesn't suggest anything like "apple and berry" tea, and so wasn't clearly stated in the menu. The overall experience wasn't great, and having looked at the rest of the menu, when one of the waiters was getting a confirmation of what the voucher included, nothing grabbed my attention, so it's safe to say, I wouldn't be coming to dine in this restaurant again.
