I kept wishing they had seasoned the food before sending it to our table. They have some interesting components on each plate that you may not be expecting but are delicious and/or fun. The food was the best we'd had in Aix so far but was not amazing. Wish they would have comped the recommended 'special' kir when neither one of us liked it enough to drink it. All in all, I'd go back but wouldn't be a regular.
