The place looked clean and a bright. The atmosphere is not cold, but also not that you say wow what a warm atmosphere. From the restaurant you can see the food being prepared and unlike the name suggest they are doing lot more then pizza only. While I waited for my pizza I saw some lovely tournedos pass by. MY pizza was ok, not to heavy filled but also not skinned. Prices at Maribella's are ok, and I am sure you will have a good meal when you get there

One was terrible. The pasta was over cooked mush and the guanciale was beyond crispy/chewy - it was too hard to eat; three of us spit it out in fear of breaking a tooth. The servers response, "this is just how it is served in Italy." So, two good dishes, one sub par meal with good service would normally deserve a 2-star, perhaps a 3-star review. But one bad meal, not eaten, with the server arguing it was perfect, with no offer of another plate, and full charge for something inedible rates the 1-star.
