Customer service was great and the pick-up was also very easy. I even purchased an extra treat to-go on arrival. The cake was nice and moist and the decorations were awesome. The red velvet balanced well with the cream cheese filling. Birthday girl said it was perfect! The bakery shop itself is super cute on the inside. Nice display with a few treats for onsite purchase. There are even vegan options and a small seating area if you prefer to enjoy coffee and a treat onsite. I will definitely use them again for additional desserts on my return to Playa Del Carmen.

I really wanted it for that night in the condo but I ended up eating on the walk back because I didn't want it turning to a wet bowl of mush. That was one problem but it also wasn't great tasting... I think my wife can make a better Tres Leche anything anytime. I will say the CARROT CAKE CUPCAKE was better but not amazing.
