The Service was friendly an on point. The wine list is not huge but they have some good wines at good prices. We had a Bordeaux that went very well with my entre. The menu is not huge but plenty of variety. I had the gabure which is typical of the area and was very glad I did. It's a huge stew with white beans, potatoes, carrots, cabbage and confit (they have a vegetarian version too). It was very good , tasted great. My wife ordered an excellent trout that came with roasted potatoes and a salad. They have a great desert list, we went with the chocolate moose, obviously home made and just perfect. You might miss this place if you are walking around as it's not in a main street but I implore you to check it out. You will thank me if you do

The proprietor, Paco, is very friendly and accommodating. He made an amazing vegetarian meal of charcoal grilled vegetables for my girlfriend despite the fact that we could only communicate in a mixture of broken French and Spanish. This is a place to go for the real authentic experience of eating like the locals do. Paco places the bottle of brandy, wine, etc. on the table for you to pour yourself. You tell him what you like and he and his mother make it for you. Very reasonable choices. Don't be confused when you first enter a small seating area; there is a very cool cellar bar downstairs and a balcony with an amazing view of the Pyrenees for you to eat your dinner by. After using Yelp for several years to find good places to eat I felt compelled to write a review for O'Cado since it wasn't listed on any review sites. If you are visiting Ainsa or Bielsa it is well worth the visit.

I didn't love the amuse bouche which was a cucumber soup, but hubby enjoyed it. My asparagus in cream sauce appetizer was tasty. Hubby's gazpacho was fantastic... just note it's very difficult to break apart the crisp on top. The short rib and the lamb chops were both tasty but could have used a touch more salt. Kiddo got the kids chicken (not on the menu, but they will give a few kids options which was very nice) and enjoyed it. The torrija dessert was tasty and came with ice cream and dried raspberry. Overall we were very happy with this meal.

For me, my chicken had zero flavor.
