Also, the local burger and greens were stellar. If you are in the Xalapa are, definitely check out this little brewery. Since their tanks are so small, I imagine they quickly tap out of flavors. My Spanish is terrible and it's a bit intimidating to come to a foreign country where we don't speak the local dialect. However with the help of a friendly staff member we were able to chose some delicious local beer to try. The place only has fries and chicken for food but the fries are fresh and delicious. They're seasoned perfectly, in fact I have never had fries with this kind of seasoning before. I will definitely be back here before we head home.

Food/Drink: They have a pretty wide variety of tequilas and mezcales, but I don't think they have "the best". Everything they have is a little bit more on the low scale end of things, but at really affordable prices. As for food, is your typical bar food with not much of the ordinary.
