We arrived around 7PM on a Tuesday and got seated as a table of 6 on the heated patio (space heaters above) with no issues. Time to Pizza: ~35 Minutes Time to Desserts: 1 hour, 35 Minutes They have an English menu online that you can reach by scanning a QR code. This menu also includes the desserts. I ordered a Cezanne pizza, a 50cl of the local amber (Pietre, which note does contain chestnuts), and a creme brulee and my total ended up around 47 Euro ($54ish). The pizza is enough to be filling for one hungry person or easily split for two people. Honestly though, I didn't think it was anything special. They went very light on actual ingredients so it looks cute but doesn't have too much substance outside of the wood fired flavor. It took quite a while for the staff to come back around with dessert offerings. I got the creme brulee, which was okay - made well but could have been better flame crisped. Overall, a great spot for the vibes but I wouldn't come back for the food. The prices are incredibly high for what you get. Much better options nearby for the value. read more

The location is a excellent. Situated right at the heart of the city center with a view of a magnificent fountain. Excellent for people watching. The food is okay, and very high priced. What made this a good experience was great service and your meal coming out quickly. Lots of wine options. Not bad and the food was meh. read more

The old fountain in this historic old town doesn't work right now, so the outdoor seating doesn't have that as a site, but there seems to be lots more action to observe when dining outside at this eatery. The inside is rather upscale looking and beautiful. The menu is pretty large too, with an English version available online. Service during our visit was decent. There were a lot of Americans sitting all around us (we could tell by hearing them talk), but our server was very limited in his English. I used a translate app to communicate better with him. We started with a zucchini and shallot soup, which was their soup of the day. It had the flavor of the zucchini, but no shallot, which made it very lackluster. Next up was a grilled bavette steak with mashed potatoes and a poivre sauce. The sauce was bland, even though it had plenty of the softer peppercorns (which I tend to really like) in it. The steak was completely burnt on the bottom and had an awful burnt/charcoal flavor, so I cut that off to eat the rest of the meat. The rest of it was very bland, didn't taste like any salt or pepper was added - Is this how the French prefer their steaks? Lastly, they offer a large dessert menu as well, so I opted for a scoop of chocolate ice cream with Chantilly cream and chocolate sauce. It was decent, but the ice cream had chunks of ice in it, which threw off the texture. Overall, I can see why reviews are mixed for this restaurant. It's got more of a touristy vibe to it and with all the other amazing, local eateries in the old town area, I'd prefer one of those over this place. read more

Super place for a great meal and excellent drinks and wine! Give this place a chance. The hostesses were friendly and helped us find just the right table. Clement was our server. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. He is one of the best servers I have had in 60 years. I had the cartoscio de boeuf and my wife had an excellent veal. Exquisite!
