He was currently in Paris apparently at a competition! You can tell immediately when you walk in how cool this place is. All of our food exceeded our expectations, and I was especially impressed with the desserts. I hope to return here again the next chance I get to visit France!

Great little tapas place in the center of Aix-en Provence…read more The decor and atmosphere was lively and modern. The menu consisted of many tapas classics as well as new, original takes. Our favourites include the shrimp, which was a tad spicy and the mushrooms with onion. The burger was quite interesting with duck meat and foie gras served between potato galettes. It was, however, slightly greasy and the duck was a little tough. The wine selection was also good and the cocktails were nice and strong. Definitely a memorable, satisfactory meal.

We actually came to this place a few times during our 4 day stay in Aix.One of the days we were fortunate enough to meet the owner and have a glass of wine with him. He's extremely friendly and really knows his wine. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. My husband and I fell in love with Aix and I think this little place was a large portion of the reason why. Who knows, maybe one day we will own a little apartment in Aix so that we can come to Au P'tit Quart D'Heure on a daily basis :) Whatever you do, dont leave Aix without coming here and having a glass of rose.
