One had feces stuck to the balcony floor, holes in the doors that were duct taped. Trash everywhere in the yards and even outside of the huge garbage bin. Not to mention that the property has several "cliffs" that I have confirmed with local PD people have inadvertently backed their vehicles off of.

Smith property is a joke ...I signed a lease back in June of this year. My wife was on the lease 10…read moremonths before I signed it. When she first moved in there was a bad leak in the ceiling that was never fixed. So every time it rained it leak like a water fall. We complained about it every time it rained. There lam excuse was "We" can't find a contractor with a big enough ladder...really Amber?... Two weeks later Smith properties terminated are lease. Slum lords!!...Smith properties will piss all over you ,then tell you that it's raining . Pick a another propertie management.
