We ended up taking this company's bid for the work anyway, because we were in a hurry and they were the only ones could do it in a timely fashion.The work they did was part of closing costs and though they did an okay job on the part they finished before we closed, after we paid, they never finished the last 10% of the job. They decided (without talking to us) that one room of the house was not part of the house and didn't replace the roof for that one room. Now we have weird mismatched shingles, half the house has gutters but the other half doesn't, and they left the yard and surrounding area a huge mess. I called every week for over 4 months and it's still not finished. I do not recommend using this construction company.
