1 week post surgery
Grecia A.

I moved into the IE about 2 years ago and I had been looking for a quality and cost effective clinic for my furry companions. I tried a couple local ones but because of the delay in getting an appt or just lack of access to certain equipment I continued to go to my original vet in Hollywood. I was unsuccessful in finding a quick and reliable vet UNTIL I had an emergency with my sweet senior cat. I looked for an urgent care and LA Quality Pet Care had good reviews, seemed very friendly over the phone when I called and were taking walk-ins on a Sunday afternoon. My senior girl had developed an ulcer on her eye while we were away and was clearly in pain. They took her in immediately and provided pain relief and treatment. We returned for a check up a week later and though she had improved it was recommended to remove her eye that day. My cat had been blind the majority of her life so she would not be losing vision just tissue. We agreed and within 3 hours she was back home post surgery. The next day she was practically back to her full self! We returned for a teeth cleaning for my puppy weeks later and that was also a quick and cost effective experience. This is our new go to vet and conveniently within 20 mins of our home.

Dr. Adler is truly one of a kind. He is an incredible vet, a genuine animal lover, and hands down the best vet in LA area. I trust him 1000% with my babies (Neemo and Ozzy), and that says everything. He's knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure both pets and pet parents feel cared for. You can tell this isn't just a job for him--it's a calling. I'm so grateful to have found him and wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Wishing Dr. Adler and his amazing team continued growth and all the best--they deserve it!

I brought my dog for his routine nail trim and it was smooth as usual. I appreciate how quick check in is and how the kind the employees are. The office has upgraded and no longer has a a written paper sign in form, they now have an iPad to sign in. My dog gets nervous and they were so patient with him.

Good Ol Tuga

Great staff and they provide quality care for my pets. Had to take my there because he wasn't doing so well and it was time, they were very compassionate and helped me and my family get some closure and see our faithful dog Tuga off to a better place. Including the initial consultation for quality of life, the injections and cremation ran about $500. There might have been somewhere I could've went to get a better deal, but I was happy to find somewhere local to me that could help us out right away and help my dog avoid being in pain any longer.

Maya was seen on a Sunday and flea issue was taken care of right away. Dr Adler, Dr Ozmenchuk and staff are exceptional. Thank you

Dr. Brian Adler is hands down the best vet I have ever met. He is not just a doctor, he is basically my dog's favorite human. From start to finish, he gave us incredible care, walking me through everything with patience and clarity. The man treats pets like royalty and their humans like family. Raymond and Jessica at the front desk are rockstars. They are friendly, organized, and always greet you with a smile. The office is spotless and actually feels welcoming, which is rare for a medical setting. My dog loves coming here. I live in Ventura and still make the drive, and honestly, I would drive twice as far. Clear aftercare instructions, great communication, and just overall stellar service. If you are taking your pet anywhere else, you might want to rethink your life choices. Ten out of ten. Highly recommend.

This arrogant so-called vet did permanent damage to my dog. I guess the bright side is he did not kill my dog. You've been warned.

The price here is a lot better than the old vet I used to take my dog. And my dog also likes the staff. They are really kind.

Hello, can someone help me ? I wanted to know how much does teeth extraction cost ? Wanted to bring my Maltese in

My dog had some teeth extracted and also a tumor in her mouth and it cost is $450. My bf took his dog to St Francis vet clinic for teeth extracted and they charged him over $700! Definitely go here.

We have a dog that's a patient there. It's time for euthanasia and wondering how much the process cost?

I'm not exactly sure. However, I know it depends on the weight of the pet. I had to euthanize one of my pets due to old age and sickness. I paid $125.00. Hope this helps to give you an idea.

Now that I have more time I wanted to finish Bella's training. I reached out to bark busters because Bella had a lot of anxiety and would have non stop barking issues. We have a new baby in the house so all the barking was no fun! I'm telling you, no joke after the first visit with our trainer Justine, I felt as if Bella was a whole new dog! She gives such great advice on how to properly train your dog without food incentives and shock collars! I was so amazed that I started telling a lot of my friends about it! I just finished my second session with Justine today and she was giving me tips and tricks on how to walk Bella without her pulling. By the end of the session I was walking Bella and Bella wasn't walking me! Justine truly cares for me and Bella and is very thoughtful on modifying things that help me the best! It's definitely worth the investment. I couldn't be any more happy and I would definitely recommend Bark Busters, especially with Justine, to everyone and anyone! Since then, we have done our best to train her (even hired a dog training company) and while she's been amazing to us, there have been some incidents. We tried to correct her behavior but we had to go beyond just correcting a behavior, we had to know the why. We needed a dog behaviorist. Enter Bark Busters and Justine! From the very first phone conversation with Justine, she told us about a dog's personality (the who) vs. a dog's behavior (the why). Was our dog just naturally an aggressive dog or was our dog showing aggression due to past trauma. After the initial phone call then came the in person assessment in our home, Justine knew our dog's personality was sweet and loving to us; however, due to her being a rescue, her past experiences led to trauma that led to aggressive behaviors towards others in certain situations. Moreover, during that first assessment, she educated us things we had no idea about or thought about with dogs as pets plus what we need to be and do as owners. Justine was and is exactly what we were looking for in understanding our dog and from there building the right relationship with our dog that will keep her and others safe. The business model and curriculum that Bark Busters and Justine have put in place is one of a kind and works from day 1. We have always wanted what is best for our dog and to give her the best life possible, especially because she is a rescue and her breed. Bark Busters and Justine continues to give us the tools in place to build the confidence and trust we have as owners in our dog and our dog has in us as owners. We are forever grateful to Justine and will recommend her and Bark Busters to anyone!

Normally, when they spay or neuter, they release the cat to the owner towards the end of the day. However, the veterinarian was accommodating to me and moved his schedule around so that he can release the cat to me in the early afternoon.. There was no complications with the spay. However, I did cringe when he showed me her removed ovaries in a plastic zip bag. Most Pet owners don't want to see that. I hope he takes note for future reference. No, No, No. Lol The pricing was average , however they required blood panel work which increased by bill . I agreed to it , because they would not do the spay if I didn't . And there was no way , I would be able to capture that feral cat again if I walked out of vet clinic . I paid $1,000 bucks for a spay , blood work , all needed shots (rabies, feline aids, etc )! , pain medication shot , antibiotic shot , office visit fee, ear cleaning, and nail trim . I kind of wish they don't require that blood panel for the spay because I went over my budget . I could've saved nearly $300 right there . This was a feral cat after all. I took another cat to Glendora vet , and he didn't require that. Unfortunately, he wasn't available to take this feral so I booked with this Animal Hospital. However, I understand each clinic is different and they do it as a precaution, but this was a healthy feral cat with no outward signs of concern. The office clinic needs to let the person know over the phone before they book the appointment that this is a requirement when booking for a spay/neuter. Overall , the veterinarian was kind and accommodating.
