Check-in staff was amazing. They were efficient, polite, and so welcoming. Hotel layout is unusual. Higher rooms require several different elevators to get to. We had a room on the fifth floor. The whole wide world can await for my return. This was an extraordinary experience and it did not go unnoticed that we were extremely fortunate to be able to be here on this trip. The view is breathtaking here being right on the edge of the seashore and just opening door to outside is an invitation to a step into the whole new world. Peeking outside and standing on the balcony and just stepping outside of the hotel brings you the fleeing that your lungs are being popped like the bottles of Coca Cola in their signature commercial. No wonder the royals came to Nice to relax and heal. I have been a fortunate old lady to have travelled to many wonderful places but this city by far is one of my favorite places to be. We are not fancy or rich people but staying here allows me to feel like one!!!!!!! read more

Although my stay was sometime ago "shame on me" for not writing a review earlier! Here goes: My room's stunning view are what dreams should be. Located between Cannes and Monaco you are in the heart of Nice. The location of this hotel is truly outstanding. It's an easy walk to market areas and other attractions and there are great views of the beach. In fact, the view from the top of the hotel has to be one of the best in the area. The pool area is ok, better at nite! The restaurant was excellent, with particularly good service. They have a bar, but they really don't offer much other than wine and don't have a bartender. The staff was very helpful. The layout of the hotel is rather unusual and it's not at all handicapped friendly, nor is it a good property for anyone who has difficulty walking or navigating stairs. read more
