I went to this post office and it was busy, but the staff were very helpful. They essentially did everything for me and it cost 10 euro. They spoke enough English to understand what I wanted and to communicate what I needed to do. It worked out extremely well.

We checked with two different post offices including this one about requirements. "Do we need a box?", we asked. "No", was the reply at this spot and the other spot across town. We arrived the morning of our departure to ship said package. They told us we would need to put the suitcase in a box!! Total cluster. We had to run around in the rain to get boxes and tape. And, wrap the whole thing up to send off. I would rate that as retry poor. Two stars for a clean establishment and friendly, yet mistrained, personnel.

The clerk was very helpful and told me the right amount of postage to buy (87 cents for an international stamp) in clear English. Two machines in the office accepted coins and notes. There are also cash points ("ATMs" in American) outside. It looks like they offer a number of other services here, including packages and letters plus the other things that post offices do.

It was recently renovated and the design is bright, light and peppy All of the machines work There are never any lines They are miraculously staffed with just the right number of people to avoid hissing, pushing, line-cutting and scowls. Halleluja! The staff is informed friendly -- a miracle on Earth!
